I believe Disney has changed the times in port for this cruise.
Invergorden only earlier start and a later departure, however the local tour operators had informed me if they before.

By the way at Orkney they said we will get in earlier as well.

I hope that is true the cruise is in port longer in Bergen. I have a feeling the excursion I am interested in is the same as you momma4v3.

DF, I saw you posted in the group page that it is easy to get to the hotels with a taxi. (I usually book the cruiseline transfers and have a transfer from hotel to the port booked, but was not able to get the transfer to the hotel.) Are there signs pointing the way to the taxis? Is there a standard price we should expect to pay? My husband and I are staying at the Radisson Blu. I am nervous about not having the transfer booked through Disney and I know you are a pro at this. Thanks for any info.

Copenhagen is very easy to get around and there is an over supply of taxis, yes it's very easy to find the rank, and easy to get one, there is the odd report of if your party is large, you may have to take two taxis, but we have never had any issue.

If you look at this it gives a good guide.

This is a port guide.

If you are very nervous then it's up to you and book a transfer, but you will see you would have over paid and not required it. To me the local taxis are turn up and go, we have had the odd issue that pre paid booked transfers were not there for us, and a bit late, so we paid extra and could have got to port faster on a non booked taxi.

There are at least three Raddision Blu, the Royal is city centre but all easy to get to by taxi.

All public taxis are licensed and fully controlled, set prices, you will not gave issues. You can pay by card and they typically all speak English.

Thanks for the info. Not sure which one we are staying in; it is whichever one Disney uses so I could book the transfer to the pier. All the spots for booking the hotel through Disney were gone, so I can't book the transfer to the hotel through them, otherwise I would for peace of mind.
