6th Birthday Surprise trip

Hi. Just wanting to know ways you have surprised your kids with WDW trips. We have a surprise trip planned for May and would love some creative ways to tell our boy. Should we just drive to the airport and tell him then, or something more creative? Would love to hear some ideas. We are staying at CBR in a new Pirate Room if that helps.:

I would get a birthday card and send it in the mail to your house and have it arrive the day before you leave. Inside the card I would tell him that we are leaving in the morning to go to Disney World!!! Or if you don't want him to know until the morning of, send the card through the mail and when you wake him up in the morning, tell him this came either in the mail yesterday and you forgot to give it to him, or that it just came special delivery and inside the card have it say we are leaving for Disney World right now!!! He'll love getting mail first of all, then wow what a surprise inside the envelope!!!
