i see quite a few under 70$ OKW contracts all of a sudden- some under 200 points- i don't remember seeing any of the WDW resorts in that range in some time

According to **********.com, out of the 124 OKW contracts listed by the major resellers, there are currently 12 OKW contracts under $71pp. They range from 220 points to 920 points and 5 of them are for more than 400 points.

There are a few on Fidelity, or were last time I looked (most are probably pending). I'm guessing the list price is too good to be true due to either bidding contracts up or ROFR. At least one OKW contract in the $60s was recently taken by Disney.

I did spoke to the agent I was dealing with after the contract you were referring to got ROFR as unfortunately it was my contract. He did mentioned a couple of others OKW that was contracted in the $60s managed to get through Disney, sadly, these contracts were not mine.

Looking at the ROFR thread, a few SSR contracts did managed to pass ROFR in the $70s, one even passed in the $60s. Consider the longer life and lower MF of SSR, from a pure economic perspective, it sort of make sense for OKW contracts to be priced in the $60s.

I hope so! I'm still debating between OKW and SSR, but if I can get one in the $60s it might tip the balance.

Some of this is probably seasonal. We are starting to get to the point in the year where owners who aren't really using their points think about selling, because the annual dues payments are just around the corner. It's a little early for that, but maybe not *too* early.

On the mail blast that came out an hour ago, from one of the brokerage mentioned on this thread, I noticed there is an OKW contract with current year points available priced at $60pp. Though, I suspect it will most likely go over asking.

It is not on their website yet. It is the company mentioned very early on in this thread. I would advise calling them and inquire about this particular listing.
