Alice Sr. - we're staying at the BWV June 8-16. Five 16yo girls and their Moms so maybe we can all get together for a drink by the pool. We are staying in the Grand Villa and my parents have a 1 bedroom which they are staying in and keeping my younger DD. Keep in touch and maybe we can meet by the pool one day. I think I might be doing a lot of this.

Heck ya, one of my favorite things about BWV is the pool bar. Five 16 yo girls are you If I were you I would give them the 1 bedroom and keep the villa for the normal people We usually only spend the 1st 3-4 hours in the park and then we hit the pool so I bet we run into each other. Definitely have to stay in touch

I bought my Mickey Mouse flip flops, small Mickey tote and Large Mickey tote all from Avon. Im pretty sure you can still buy them for about $13.00 a piece. The large tote came with a matching Mickey baseball hat and keychain.

I thought I would have a hard time breaking them in but they are comfortable!

Those are really cute! I know some one at work sells Avon because I see the books from time to time. Thanks, I'm going to check 1st thing in the morning, I hope they are still available. Did you order your normal size?

Don't know exactly how many days. We are taking a long trip this summer oldest DS 23 wants to go to Star Wars Weekends 6/10-6/14 at ASMu. He is flying home 15th and DD 20 is coming out to go on a cruise and spend 6/19-6/26 at AKL. She flys home leaving me with my DS who turns 16 on 6/23 to stay 5 nights at ASmu 5 nights at POP and 4 nights at GF. A month long trip I can't wait. Am looking to have a meet with fellow Dis Members sometime while I am there. Let me know if you are interested.

Wow the revolving door - that's great. My oldest DD and I did the 7 night Eastern last May and we are going to do it again June of 06 for a graduation celebration, we really loved it. We would love to meet up with you, we'll be there 6/11-619 if any of those dates work for you.

I love the BWV pool also. It is great after a day in the park. Notice, I am taking the girl's Moms so I want be the only one going crazy. The only problem I having is trying not to plan their time. I am a big planner for our trips to WDW and I have been told by my daughter that they want to do their own thing and don't plan their days. Okaaay!!! It's very hard for me. A couple of the Moms don't want to spend too much time in the parks, so i am sure we will be by the pool a lot. This will be us.

The days just can't go by fast enough. I'm all done with my planning too so now I'm really getting antsy waiting!

Sent in last payment. DD counted out our "change" jar......Wahooo....gave her another $250 of spending money.

I just picked out a new bathing suit....waiting till next week when it goes on sale to buy it!
Only made one PS for Crystal Palace the first morning!!...we just can't decide where else we want to eat. I am thinking Ohanas!!

Last week picked up a new media card for my digital camera.
Just received my new Teva sandals!

Have my shopping list for this weekend!

clothes & sandles
sunglasses, pool toys & beach towels
sunscreen
papertowels and lysol wipes
plastic bowls (cereal) and plasticwear & snacks
mudslides!(taking my blender & small coffee maker) & crystal light
powder clothes soap ( going to have to wash a few loads)
pb and j
and sosooo much more...

YES! Im packing already too!
All our new summer clothes are packed
I put together a first aid kit
I have one suitcase filled with sancks and other things for the room.
I was going to send a box down but I changed my mind. I got another suitcase. ( I hope this goes ok)

I didnt know that Disney would be sending luggage tags for people using ME??
We didnt get ours yet. Im hoping we do soon. I cant imagine them losing our luggage! If we dont get them. Im going to put the ASM address on our luggage tags with a Mickey sticker. Any other suggestions?

We have been paid in full for a few weeks. We didnt get a confirmation letter. Did you?

I have to call because our flight got changed 20 mins. I can reconfirm that we are using ME. Ask about the luggage tags and ZERO BALANCE!! LOL

We really like 'Ohana's too, have you eaten there before?
Have you had the Teva's before? I have always read good things about them on these boards but always end up just using my tennies. I have a phobia about someone stepping on my toes

Wow, you have been busy a couple of months ago I was going out every weekend picking up a few things and thought I was totally in control. But now I'm like, I have nothing. I don't know what I was spending my money on
I have not packed a thing yet (except for the ponchos and they are always in the suitcase so that doesn't really count). Have you read this thread yet?

I saw it a couple of time but really didn't pay any attention to it, but today I read it and it has me a bit worried. If I have to pay $40 or $80 or whatever it is extra because of my DD's shoes I'm gonna be ticked. I'm going to make her weigh her bags before we leave for the airport
The whole ME thing concerns me. I made 2 resv at Alamo, one to p/u at MCO if it sounds like it's not all that it's cracked up to be. And one to p/u at the Swan after we arrive because I always feel like I'm wasting time waiting for the bus (I admit it's my issue).
Wow, you're bring your own blender! I have thought about that many times but with all the shoes it just seemed like too much extra to carry. I should mail the shoes and the blender down ahead of time and I would be set

They get out at the end of May. DS is 11 and DD will be 9. One has been suspended twice and the other is failing every class (won't pay attention in class). Any suggestions?

Bubba73, I am sending you all my best wishes for your kids...nothing is more important. I don't have any suggestions because I do not know what I would do in that situation either. I truly hope things end up ok with them.

As for everyone else that is dying to go, you are all so lucky!!! We have triple even quadruple the amount of time to wait (almost at 200 days ), so it could be worse!

Boy Bubba, that is tough. Have they been tested for a learning disability or attention deficit? Do allergies run in your family? My sister had a lot of issues in school and behaviorally at home with her youngest son. When it seemed like they had exhausted every avenue he was tested for allergies. Come to find out he was extremely allergic to about everything. After they started treating his allergies it was like a miracle, the change in that boy. I know it's a long shot but if you have had all the normal tests it might be worth looking into. Keep us posted. I don't know if you have ever posted on the Comm. Board, there are some very knowledgeable people over there, they might have some ideas. Good luck.
