61st birthday dinner- where?

Where should I have my birthday dinner? We will "unexpectedly" be in Orlando for my 61st birthday- this is NOT a Disney trip- so I get to choose where to have my birthday dinner. I currently have a 9pm reservation for California Grill, figuring we'll get to see the fireworks during dinner, which is something I love to do. However, I was thinking... there are LOTS of places to have dinner, so maybe we should try something different (although I hate to give up the fireworks). If you were celebrating your birthday, and hadn't spent the day in a theme park, where would YOU have dinner and what else would you do?

My favorite off site place is Johnnie's Hideaway at Crossroads shopping center - where Goodings is.

Johnnie's is one of the Talk of the Town Restaurants. It's an upscale restaurant unlike most of the others at Crossroads. Their steaks are unbelievably good.
