Hi Everyone,

We will be in Disney the first week of Oct. My Dad will be turning
60 on Oct. 5th. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good
b-day dinner or fun way to celebrate his b-day that day.
I would love to hear any suggetions of ideas that anyone has.
We are traveling with a group of 8 adults and 4 kids.
Thanks for your help!!!!

Hoop-de-doo?

Illuminations/Wishes 'birthday cruise'.

Grand Gathering Events: Illuminations Dinner, Safari Dinner.

All things that cost $$, unfortunately.

The fireworks cruises only hold 10 so that's out. I do believe you could book the Yacht with private dining; it holds more than 10.

I think the grand gathering Sunset Safari/dinner celebration would be a lot of fun. I've heard nothing but negative reviews on the Illuminations dinner (terrible food).

Ohana at the Poly.for dinner would be nice you could book to see the fireworks at MK while you dine, there is so much food something everyone to like. I would start with the dessert and see if I have room for the meal, it is family style and served to you at your table not a buffet. They have entertainment and get the entire family involved, Ohana means family!! happy early birthday to your dad.

I went for my 60th in Dec., 2007 and went Parasailing at the Contemporary Resort in the morning, had a wonderful Birthday dinner at Le Cellier, with a group of solo friends, watched illuminations and ended the evening on Soarin'-it was my best birthday ever............
