Hi Everyone,
WDW vet/DL newbie here! Very excited for July trip to DL. I did a lot of reading of this board a few months ago when we were first planning, but can't seem to find any of my notes! :headache: I seem to recall that most dining reservations are made at 30-days prior, but that there were a few things to be booked as far as 60-days prior. Can you remind me of what I should be booking now that I am at less than 60 days?
TIA for your help!
KSL

Most reservations can be made 60 days (actually 2months) out. I make mine as soon as I can. Not everyone does, but with expected summer crowds, I'd do it sooner rather than later.

Hello! You can begin to make your dining reservations 60 days out. Have a great trip!

Usually, you don't have to book 60 days out, but it is probably a good idea since it is the summer of CL.
You can make reservations 60 days out for all priority seating for table service, WOC dining and BBB.
30 days out, you can book Fantasmic Dessert seating.

Thanks for the quick responses!
I think I had it backwards (thought F! Dessert was 60 days & the others were 30 days). Ok, so I'd better get planning! :goodvibes

Does the 60 days out include Downtown Disney restaurants? At the same number?

Thanks.

Yes. You can book DTD also through the Disney dining phone #. The only one that does not apply is Rainforest Cafe...If you want to eat there, you have to call them directly.

Last time I booked ESPN (a few years ago) the Disney Dine line only made daytime reservations, if I wanted evening reservations I had to do that with ESPN.

Napa Rose and Rainforest Cafe always book for themselves. Glad to know about evening at ESPN. I keep wanting to eat there, but never making it.

I just made our 60 day ESPN reservation and they had night time reservations. the earliest time they had for us though was 830p. Good Luck

in my opinion, you're not missing much.
even as a guy who watches ESPN religiously and loves sports to the bitter end, the food was just not that great. They have some decent stuff on the menu, but I'd suggest going elsewhere if you are trying to pick between ESPN and another place

What do they need when making a reservation at Goofy's kitchen? Do they take credit card info? I can't remember!

I just made a reservation with them about a week or two ago and they didn't need anything but my name...

The comment above needs some clarification. :goodvibes

Napa Rose reservations:
Call Disney Dining at (714) 781-DINE (3463), or
Email reservation request to dine@disneyland.com

Rainforest Cafe reservations:
Call the Rainforest Cafe directly at (714) 772-0413

HTH :earsboy:

To clarify further, if you want a seat at the Chef's Counter at Napa Rose, you do need to call them directly at 714-300-7170. For regular seating, you call Disney Dining. :thumbsup2

If you are still looking for places - I vote for ralph brennan's jazz kitchen in DTD. I am not a seafood fan - and nothing ever looks that good on the menu to me - but we always end up having such a yummy meal.
