60 day reminder?

Isn't there a calculator somewhere to determine exactly when 60 days is for making ressies? I seem to remember seeing it, but at the time I wasn't too concerned, since it was probably meant for Cindy's Breakfast, which I don't do. However, I love Cindy's lunch, and last year that was almost as hard to book as breakfast. So I guess now I need that calculator-can anyone tell me how to get there?
