60 day out reservations a dream?

We will have extra points that my husband & I have thought of using spur of the moment for our Oct. 9th anniversary. What is the chances of getting a studio at BW, WL or OKW?

I would think you could get a studio somewhere in DVC at that time. It is before the FW festival, and not a particularily busy time. Can't hurt to try anyway!

You should be okay as long as you travel before the week that begins Columbus Day.

Last week I switched from a VWL studio to BWV for 10/2 to 10/6. I had no problem whatsoever.

I have gotten OKWest 60 days out at Easter. I would call.

Though they didn't have a studio, we were got a 1BR at BWV by calling at 11:00 am on the day we wanted to check in. If you are flexible, I would expect that you will be able to get something even if it requires a wait list for a while.

I just told the kids that mom & dad may go to DW WITHOUT them! Wow the reaction was nuclear! Keeping my fingers crossed.

We just booked 2 studios at BWV today for Sept. 11-15. I was pleasantly surprised that I could find something available at BWV 23 days out. WOW!

We were able to get 6 nights at OKW in a 1 br this summer for July 4 calling 3 wks out. We had to waitlist for a couple of the nights, but they came through within days. So, when you call, if what you want is not available that minute, don't hesitate to waitlist.
