Hi!
I'm going to start on the 6 Week Body Makeover on Monday! I'm kind of excited about it. I did it last spring and lost lots of inches quickly and did really well. However, my goal was to look decent (hoped for good, but settled for decent) in a swimsuit at Typhoon Lagoon when we went on vacation last year. Well, I looked good, had fun and had a whole new wardrobe purchased for the trip.
However, my celebrating and the dining plan at Disney did me in.
When I returned home I started eating, stopped excercising and never looked back. So, now I'm ready to hop back on the wagon and try all over again.
I would love to lose 60 lbs before next spring. My short term goal is to loose 30 by Christmas.
I would love to have some support and be apart of the group.
: That really helps me out. When I did WW in the past, the group support and boards truly helped me out.
So, how is everyone doing? Everyone still on the plan? What's your progress?
Amy
