6 Tips for Making Your Disney Vacation More Magical

This is from one of her other articles:

So at the age of 40, I was a college student again, with 49 credits under my belt. It was October of 2011. Five months after I started, I became pregnant with my 6th child. Shortly before graduation, we received notice that the bank was filing for a final judgment of foreclosure. The registered letter did not come as a surprise; by then it had been 34 months since we paid our mortgage.

Their business failed, they didn't pay their home mortgage for 3 years, she paid for college, and still managed to go to Disney each year. :rolleyes1

HA! That's probably why they didn't pay their mortgage! Couldn't afford college, and six kids and a trip to Disney each year! Who needs a place to live (with 6 kids!), let's just go to Disney!!

I am hoping that article was written as sarcasm. I can't believe anyone would publish that and allow their name to be affiliated with it.

Well, that's what I didn't get...the rest of the article was written with a sarcastic tone but then at least mention AK with some tongue in cheek.

Not mentioning AK isn't sarcastic, it just makes her look like she doesn't know what she's talking about.

Bingo. Let's add this to the title of the thread. And technically its 6 parks, not 3- she managed to vaporize not only AK, but BB and TL too.

As I waded through that bowl of tripe I just jotted down the most glaring inaccuracies or errors and came up with 8. So she seems to be just as good at journalism as she is at personal finance.

I notice the OP didn't make any comment when she posted the link. Is she the author of the article? Did she think this article was actually a good thing? Or just for us to fall on like the pack of ravening wolves that we are?;) I'm kidding- not all of us are ravening.

Agreed! Not only were there some bad tips, but false information and the whole thing was very over exaggerated.....just yikes....

I'm pretty sure that the article is meant mostly as a sarcastic rant, but I'll agree about the length of IASW. At least, it sure feels 22 minutes long!

I thought it was funny.

Holy cow that was so bad it was funny. :rotfl:

Of course, I've come to expect nothing better from the tripe that gets published on Yahoo these days.
