First off, we just booked our trip a couple days ago, and we're headed down to Disney World in 46 days!
That being said, we booked under free dining, and upgraded to the DxDP, which simply seemed like the flexibility we like, as well as convenience!
We've made reservations to Jiko and 50's Primetime, and will be attending MVMCP, so where else would you suggest we make ADRs at?
We will be staying at WL for 6 nights, mother-daughter trip (DD17), and are not fans of seafood.

Any and all suggestions of both TS and CS are appreciated, as well as tips for making the best out of the plan, and any snack ideas as well.
Thanks!

Signatures are really nice on dxdp because you get the apps as well. We are trying AP since it it is at WL in December so you may want to try it. Yachtsman is wonderful if you like steaks. You need to get busy checking for ADRS since 46 days is really close especially during FD.

I would do snacks for BK, early lunch and late signature dinner since you are an adult only trip. With kids this plan does not quite work ;)

You will have lots of snacks so use them whenever you want so you are not stuck at the end trying to figure out what to use them on.

We love California Grill and Narcossee's as well as Jiko and Brown Derby for Signature dining. We also loved Le Cellier and it is a 2 credit now as well. We enjoy the Hoop Dee Doo Review and it is 2 credits. If I were doing deluxe, I would do a 2 credit meal a day with a single credit. It takes so much time to sit down and eat. Ohana's and 50's PrimeTime is a great one credit option. I want to try Sanaa, Boma and Kona but haven't yet.

Only 6 nights? That's a toughie :p

Sigs:
Artist Point, Citrico's, Flying Fish, Jiko, Yachtsman/Le Cellier

Normals:
LTT (Lunch), San Angel Inn (Lunch), Yak & Yeti (Lunch)/Tusker House (Breakfast/Lunch), CP (Breakfast), Kona (Breakfast/Dinner), Hacienda (Dinner), Sanaa (Lunch/Dinner)

I think I covered the basics... There's a reason I go for 9 nights :p

We were in a similar situation as you, we booked our trip less than two months out.

Here's that ADRs we ended up with:

Le Cellier -- lunch
Sci-Fi Dine-In -- lunch (not the best value for the TS credit, but we're going to lunch there with friends who aren't on a dining plan)
'Ohana -- Dinner
The Wave -- Breakfast
Citricos -- Dinner (signature)
Kona Cafe -- Breakfast
California Grill -- Dinner (signature)

I've ready many, many positive reviews of everything on my list (though I'm not ignoring the few negative reviews, too).

My best piece of advice would be to be flexible with your meal times. I got some hard-to-get ADRs by accepting offbeat meal times. We're two adults, so 2 p.m. lunches or 9 or 10 p.m. dinners work just fine for us.

Oh! And also stay on top of the cancelation threads for the month you're going, you can get great ADRs that way!

Good luck ADR hunting!

this is how we roll- if it's F&W, we save the snacks for grazing, if not- we use them for BK or as edible Goofys candy co gifts on the last day.
We usually eat at Yachtsman, Cali Grill, Brown Derby, Flying Fish and Tutto alot.

If you are staying at WL - I would suggest eating at the following:

Artist Point
Whispering Canyon Cafe
O'hana
Kona Cafe

Have fun!!!

Oh believe me, we wish we were staying longer! We do long trips in June, typically 10 nights. But we're jumping at the chance to be able to go at all!

Thanks so much for all the ideas, I'll definitely be checking the menus asap. Also, since we will be there near the end of F&W, what can we expect from the carts around WS? Is it basically a little bit of everything?

I should also mention, that I'm a pretty picky eater. Mainly I only eat red meat. I don't do poultry, seafood, fish, pork/ham (except sausage/bacon), or any of that stuff. I will eat venison, buffalo, cow (duh), moose (no, they don't sell moose at Disney, but I have had it and like it). So my list may be biased a bit (it's one of the reasons that LTT dinner and 'Ohana dinner don't interest me at all).

As for F&W. TBH, I don't know. Last year I caught only the CM preview day (was in MK on my last day, which was the first day of F&W). This year I'll catch the first day (and the CM preview day) so may have a better idea, but usually it's just a little bit of everything.

We're doing the deluxe dining plan next month...two couples, adults only. Here is how we're eating...
Yachtsman
Crystal Palace...breakfast
Artist Point
LeCellier...lunch
Coral Reef
Goofys Beach Blast Breakfast
Flying Fish
Akershus...breakfast
50's Prime Time...dinner
Donalds at Tusker House...breakfast
Brown Derby...dinner

I would definitely put Artist Pointe on your list. We ate there in 2008 (mainly to use up the credits we hadn't used) and it was incredible. The food was beautiful, the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, I don't know if they still have the same menu, but the pork dish was among the best I've ever eaten. I'm a bad boy and I don't eat vegetables EVER, but I even chowed those down!

WCC in your hotel is good and a lot of rowdy fun. On a mother daughter trip, I would definitely dine in the castle at CRT. If your daughter is not against character dining, take her to 1900 Park Fare for dinner and Chef Mickey's for breakfast. O'Hanas is always good. I am not a seafood fan either, but we loved Narcoosee's. Any restaurant in the World Showcase would be nice. I have not found one I do not like there yet. The Hoop Dee Doo Review next door in Fort Wilderness is a lot of fun.

The Cobb salad at The Brown Derby is reason enough to eat there. You will be full before your entree arrives. Breakfast at Boma is delicious.

If you'll check out easywdw.com, Josh recently took pictures of the F&W booth's menu boards. You may have to scroll down a bit on him home page and even hit previous posts, but it's there.

Let me just say, get cracking on ADRs if you are only 40+ days out.
The dxdp takes planning to enjoy it. You don't want to be wandering around with all these deluxe credits that you paid for, but no good available restaurants to use them at.
