Laughed out loud when you were talking about your experience on the safari last year with baby Cole. Our Cole was 6 months old and I thought the same thing, was quite paranoid he was going to go flying out of my lap..lol.

Oh...that safari was a nightmare last year! I was sweating and I swore Cole was going to bounce right out of the baby bjorn!!! I warned Tracey with Emmi this time and they did fine, but I swear my body was SO tense when I got off of it last year, I almost lost my baby!! And I don't think it helped that our driver was a bit nutty and drove like a maniac!! LOL!!

No EE...sorry, we didn't really even get near it! We were a mess that day and just didn't/couldn't get our acts together for some reason....never done EE, maybe on my all girl trip we will!! Do you like it??

AK is one of our fave parks... but I don't know if it would be if my kids were littler. It does always seem so hot an crowded!!

True, good blackmail!! LOL!! Yes, it was bound to happen sooner than later but I'm happy to say, that was pretty much it all week, other than a little freshness here and there...overall, really good!!!

Thanks! They came out cute....poor Lucas' shirt though now looks sooo bad! Not sure what happened with my iron on abilities but it's coming off....ahh! He hasn't noticed yet but pieces are missing......hmmm.......anyone iron on before and know some tips??!!

Worst (major) zoo I've been to.... the National Zoo in DC, doesn't hold a candle to Philly... or Pittsburgh....or Cleveland for that matter!! If it weren't for the Pandas, it would have been a totally wasted trip!

I love all the details at AK. I've always been lucky and go during slower times, so I don't feel as rushed there as I'm sure I will in July FOTLK is my fave show ever and I'm a huge Safari and Everest fan... so I guess I have enough 'must dos' to make it a fave

Allison loves animals... her dream is to be a vetrenarian at AK and take care of the animals She's too cute!

I agree with you on DC's zoo...although the price was right!! Never seen FOTLK or been on Everest..so there is definately something worth looking forward too for my next trip.

Your Photopass pics are great!

My DH loves Animal Kingdom, but I could avoid it. There isn't much there that I enjoy. Been on the safari before and it is the same thing time and time again.

I grew up off of S. Meadow and we went to West Elementary. S. Meadow was the dividing line between West and FF. I haven't been to East Bay yet. There have been so many restaurants in the Landing over the years.

Wow, so sorry I'm late to your TR. What an amazing trip you had. You got some great pictures. Your TR is making me very excited for our Christmas time trip in 2009!

I noticed you have a Sit-N-Stand in the pictures. How did this work for you? My DH didn't want to take one because he thought it'd be too cumbersome lugging on and off the bus. I'd be interested to see if you all had much trouble with it. Can't wait to read more.

Your photopass pictures are great! DH & I seem to repel photopass photographers and almost never end up with enough to justify buying the CD... I can't wait to see more!
