6 adults, toddler and baby from MCO to OKW

What is the quickest and most economical way for our family of 6 adults, 2 YO and 4 MO old to get to OKW from the airport. There are enough adults to entertain the toddler for a bit if we need to wait for a bus but can't do 45 minutes as some people have commented Mears may take!

Never had a Mears bus that was 45 minutes late .
On the other hand the bus ride is about that length of time so maybe that’s what you mean?

If the later, guess you want a straight run with no ride sharing aspects and I think you are now in the hundred dollar + range. Mears also offers SUVs and vans as taxis- have you checked their website for pricing? Same for Tiffany’s but not sure of the vehicle sizes they offer.

The quickest way will be a car service, and we've done this for a part of 4 adults and a 5 year old and 20 month old.

Mears would be what, $18/per person? So 6 x $18 (the children are free) = $108 (one way)

With that many people (6 adults, 2 YO, 4 MO old), you would need a car seat (or two, not sure if the 2 YO is big enough for a booster) and at least 2 Ubers (without guaranteed car seats).

Quickest and most economical are two entirely different things.
As above, car service will be quickest by far. They will (generally) meet you at baggage claim and escort you down to the car.
Most economical would be Mears Connect, but that would also generally take the longest.
