Well, no turning back now.....

Last night I booked the airfare to Copenhagen. There was a press release from Norwegian airlines with new routes & addition of planes, so we were able to book Orlando to Copenhagen with a short layover in London. The price was unbelievably low. I know it might be taking a risk booking that airline, but I went for it. I especially like flying at night so hopefully we can sleep on the plane :)

I'll be booking the flight home in a couple of weeks. That one is non-stop London (Gatwick) to Orlando. That's a brand new route for them too.

We will have one night to book in a hotel pre-cruise. Post cruise we will have to get off the ship and go to the airport; no extra sight seeing unfortunately.

Looking forward to getting on the Magic in 24 days!!!!!!

Congrats!
Has anyone heard when DCL is going to release the names of the hotels they are using?

I don't see a flight home from London on July 10th on Norwegian Air. They have one on the 11th of July. So you would need hotel for one night in London. So sightseeing is a possibility.

the calendar only has Saturday flights on Norwegian and the take off is 1550

DCL all of a sudden is showing availability for our cruise, multiple categories. Right now for 2ppl I see: 11B&A, 10C&A, 9CB&A, 7A and 5B

For Copenhagen, based on a "coming soon" message on the Disney Holidays UK site, it appears it will be Tivoli Hotel and Cinf. centre (same one that ABD is using). We booked here for a night pre-cruise ... flights still not booked though.

Congrats on the flights ... still working on ours. Have also decided not to venture to DL Paris post cruise, but will spend a night in London we think.

Time just seems to be flying!

Terri ... thanks for thinking of us while you're off on your latest adventure! :thumbsup2

Thank you!

Our flights are booked - suddenly this all has become very real! :goodvibes.

The price was ok and the flight times are great. With 8 of us, holding out for a great deal is a scary proposition if the price should instead jump suddenly.

We'll be flying overnight to CPH arriving mid morning, and leaving LHR around noon and getting home early evening ... just over 11hrs each way including a "just right" layover in Toronto. (Kind of ironic since it takes us longer to drive to Toronto than it does for either transatlantic flight!)

The boys also know about the trip and are looking forward to it ...we're keeping it low-key for now since the end of June is still a long way off for them. :)

Next on the list ... Transfers to and hotel in London and Seeing about a day tour of some sort.

I am looking at their flights and I don't see Gatwick as an option??? I'm on the west coast so Oakland is my option to CPH...but not seeing a return option...:confused3

You have to book two separate one way flights. I haven't booked the Gatwick-Orlando leg just yet.
