Wow! that's terrific! They must REALLY be having a hard time selling this sailing (and the fact that it is a Western isn't helping it...)

I am keeping my fingers crossed for my moms room. It really would be nice to save the money. It would be about $500 for my moms rooms since there are only 2 in that room.

Ohhhhhh, thank you!!!! Just emailed TA again! I hope she can get it for us! We could def use saving the money right now. We are about to take a $400,000 loss on our house! There goes the kids college fund out the window!
