Ok so the website is up and running!

www.westernmagic61309.info

I went with a .info vs a .com basically due to price. I figured since we only needed it for a few months I would save a few $'s and do it that way.

I hope everyone likes it. If you find mistakes please let me know.

I chose not to do a pirate theme bc I do so much pirate stuff on the other one. I hope everyone is ok with that.

Update on Maddy. I spent the day down at the Naval Hospital again today. We started the day with finding out that Madison has significant hearing loss in both ears. She will most likely require surgery before our trip! :-(

We then moved down to pulmonology where she has been diagnosed with full blown asthma. Just one thing to add to the list. I felt so bad bc her O2 stats were at 92% when we got there. I did not realize she was struggling that hard to breathe! :scared1:

Prayers for Maddie, and for you too. As a mother, I know that seeing your child ill or in pain is the worst most helpless feeling. It's just in our nature to make it all better, and the most frustrating thing when we can't. :grouphug:

Looking for some opinions. For a spa villa on a sea day :cloud9:

Would you do 10:30AM - 12:15PM or 2:00PM - 3:45PM? :rolleyes1

I think I would do the afternoon session. :cloud9: Are you on main or late dining? Also, are you planning on doing any of the Palo brunches? Would not want to miss them but yet you also want to have time to enjoy your treatment afterwards and relax.

Hey Fran, I haven't cancelled my Palo brunch yet, I'm waiting until I know the time for our DisMeet brunch. I'll let you know as soon as I do though. :goodvibes

Does anyone know if we can just change the reservation to them, or would we have to be linked or something?

Thanks for ALL the replies. I will do the 2pm. I have late seating. Thanks again!!! I am so excited - this is going to be a nice Mommy treat.

What's everyone doing this weekend? Anything good?

Well initially it was nothing exciting because I have the lovely task of cleaning our floors. I usually have to get one my hands and wash, then shine. But what's now makes it so exciting is that during lunch today, one of my co-workers told me about the Shark Steam Mop so I will be purchasing one of those tonight. :cool1::cool1: Does anyone have comments on the mop.

That's the extent of my exciting weekend!! :woohoo:

Are you finding any 2 pm openings on sea days?? I booked it at the 90 day mark and all they had was 8am on a seaday. Hoping to change it on board. I don't want to get up that early after pirate night!

Let me know how it works! My kitchen floor only looks clean if you scrub it on hands & knees.

Left ear looks like it is perm but there is hope for the right ear that there is just fluid back there. The poor girl has been in speech for over 2 years and does not need any set backs! At 18 months she did not utter a sound and has worked so hard! She has a VERY bad stutter that does not seem like it is going to away but has made huge improvements!

Hang in there Stephanie... My DS Layne(14) did not talk either at first and he also had a stutter and it was difficult but now you can't tell unless he is very nervous or gets very excited. I never thought he would talk and now I wish sometimes he would be quiet! I remember those stresses and then I went thru a different stress with Lance who has all the sensory issues immunity problems and oral aversion. Not sure if you worked with Early Intervention with her but that is my role as case manager to support the family and I love my job because I have dealt with issues with my own children:)

My sister has the mop and loves it:thumbsup2

This is an interesting thread on the DCL forum for those on excursions in Grand Cayman. Make sure to plan accordingly if you have a non DCL early excursion. http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2158137 FYI there will be 10,572 tourists from cruise ships that day in Grand Cayman.
We booked our own excursion through Shoretrips. We booked the City Tour & Stingray City Swim and check in is at 8:45 am. I hope we make it!!!!!!

:grouphug: to anyone that is having issues or just needs one right now.

Larry is home sick from school today with Strep Throat. This weekend is my niece's 1st Communion and Larry's b-day.
