Stephanie,

Will flying bother her much now? What a shame--hope she has a speedy recovery

How many kids on our cruise again (don't have the spread sheet handy)?

40.... this is how I broke it down:

age ~ how many
2 ~1
4-6 ~ 6
7-9 ~ 10
10-12 ~ 8
13-15 ~ 10
16-21 ~ 5 (although I really don't count anyone 18 & over a kid; I still got them something)

Quote "Ok, one of my eyes ( you know just below your eye- kind of where you get wrinklesLOL) It has been twitching for the past week and driving me crazy!! Anyone have that happen to them? I was told by doc to just wait it out but it is driving me crazy!!

I have had that happen 2 or 3 times. It did go away on its own after a few days, but it drove me crazy.

Could it be allergies or sinuses? I have a friend whose eye twitches do to sinuses/allergies ~ everyone thinks she is winking at them!

Ok the great debate.... do I put together the gift bags together prior to the cruise or just make them on down time on the cruise? It won't take long to put them together & I think it will be easier to pack them separately. I think I just answered my own question!! :rotfl2:

Please excuse the vacationitis that I am getting. And the weather today has not helped ~ cold & cloudy, sunny & 50, cloudy & hail, sunny & rain... did someone blink? :rotfl:

I was thinking about the same thing but I think I am going to make the bags before. With all the excitement and things to do, I don't think I will have the drive to stop and want to put them together. Another question - what do you all do when the FE gifts does not fit in the extender? I am having so much fun shopping.

I can put them together while my DD is getting ready for dinner ~ she takes FOREVER to get ready for anything!!! Or while waiting to leave for port since our pick-up isn't until around 11ish.

We will have extra pockets available since there are only 2 of us!!

Reminding self to get liquid glue & black & hot pink glitter ~ I want to put our names on the FE. I realized that not many people will see our door since it is at the end of a hallway but I am have a great time finding DisSigns to decorate it.

I also experience this and it's from my sinuses/allergies.

Hey all! How is everyone? I'm seeing all of the FE talk, and I think since we are driving I'll have plenty of time(over 13 hours),to put mine together in the van, I'll have plenty of room.:rolleyes1

Actually the holes in the ear drums are better to fly with! THat is why the doc and I have been debating about doing the surgery before the trip or after???? I want to get it done but then I also know that she will be more comfortable with the hole and flying.

Hi Everyone! There will be a little bit of a delay getting the website up and running.

I have been dealing with a sick child for the past 24 hours. I finally had to take Maddy down to the Naval Hospital this am. Unfortunatly she has a ruptured ear drum. It is so sad bc this was her "good ear". Her left ear drum ruptured a few months back while there was a blocked tube in place. When the tube fell out the rupture and the hole from the tube combined. The hole is too large for it to repair itself. We tried a paper patch during her sinus surgery last month but it did not work. She now needs to have the whole back of her "detatched", skin taken from the back of her neck to skin graph her ear drum and then her little ear sewed back down. :-(

Now to get this news today that her right ear drum has ruptured what not what I wanted to hear! Hopefully though this rupture can heal itself. We won't know though till the swelling goes down.

She has been amazing though! She is such a trooper!

I PROMISE to get the website up and running in the next few days. Thanks for understanding!

Stephanie

Poor little thing! I hope she is better soon.

Yes when we flew 6 months ago it was Lance's first time without tubes flying and he was really freaked out about how uncomfortable it was!:scared1:
