DH and I will be on the Fantasy in September.

We're eager to try Remy this time. Is the $85 per person for the meal only? (From what I read on one of the blogs, wine-pairings are an extra $50 per person.)

We are not big wine drinkers, and are fine without it. I'm thinking without the wine pairings, the meal would probably not be a full four hours?

Also, is beef tenderloin (or something similar) ever served (we'd be doing the dinner.)

We're thinking of forgoing Palo dinner and are wondering if we can still get good beef at Remy.

Thanks! :)

Wine is an optional extra the free is for the Meal. The Wayu beef was excellent.

It can last up to four hours but that's just an indication, each person is different.

If you have any allergies or major dislikes visit them the day before your meal.
