An MRI is a breeze I have had 4 of them on my knees for various things. You just lay in the tube and they run the machine I fell asleep during mine and my most recent one was the same I just listened to some music and fell asleep. Hope you get in to the Dr sooner than later and good luck getting whatever is wrong fixed up.
