Wanted to be an actress.

And aside from many high school productions, sadly, I did NOT attain that goal. I would do community theater now if I had reliable child care in the evenings.

Guess it's not meant to be.

Ella2...don't give up hope. I have friends (a married couple) who when they retired from teaching took up acting. They are in their 70's now and still working! Lucy has been in several movies....she was Cameron Diaz's grandmother in "My Best Friends Wedding" she was in "Groundhog Day" and also "Prelude to a Kiss" among others.

The moral of this story.....It's NEVER too late to go for your dream (OK maybe if you want to be a ballerina, it may be too late).
