50th celebration

The 50th clebration is coming up soon. Any ideas how disney is progessing with the events? What esciting ideas will be taking palce? Planning to go to the Poly between July 28-August 7, 2005.

There will be some rides opening at WDW next year but the bulk of the events will be happening in CA at Disneyland. They are the ones celebrating an anniversary.

I read that each of the four parks in Florida will be celebrating along with Disneyland.

"Each theme park will honor Disneyland's birthday by introducing new shows or attractions. Hong Kong Disneyland will apparently celebrate simply by opening sometime during the promotion. With few exceptions, the “new” additions to each park are simply concepts borrowed from other resorts. The press release detailing Walt Disney World's new additions goes so far as to boast that the resort is “importing” attractions from other Disney theme parks.

As many have expected, the Florida resort seems to be the focal point of this global celebration, with a new show and three new rides on tap, including a brand-new, original, E-ticket attraction. "

Yes the other parks will be celebrating but the bulk of the activities will be at Disneyland. After all it is the only turning 50.
As part of their birthday they are giving rides and dance shows to the other parks.
