did anyone else go there and absolutely love it like i did? its a really fun family restaurant and the food is absolutely amazing!!!

please post what you thought/think of it. Thanks :thumbsup2

My family and I tried 50's primetime last year and I really liked it but the rest of my family just thought it was O.K. I thought the food was better than I expected and I just loved looking at all the 50's items and the T.V. clips. Our server was not playing around like we thought she would so that was a little disapointing. The waitress in the next room was really loud and funny and we wished we had her as our waitress...I think we all would have had a much better time. My 2 boys were 9 and 7 and just did not get the whole 50's thing so to them it was no big deal. My DH just thought it was good but not great. I would love to give it another try but I think it would be hard convincing my family to try it again.

Glad to hear you had fun...I think enjoying this place really depends on what server you get.

YES my fam loves the 50s PT Cafe. Its the food, as well as the atmosphere. Great food, great times, IMO

PrimeTime is ALWAYS a must do on our list!! It is probably our favorite restaurant. Sooooooo much fun!

Good food, fun atmosphere.

Some of it has to do with "luck of the draw." We don't have little ones any more. We were seated by a family with 8-12 year olds, and my teen had a blast with them. That family whispered a "thank you" to me since DD kept their kids occupied. It worked great for both families. Our server was fun, but not "to die for."

Yes, I'd do it again in a split second.

I really like the Prime Time. Of course, I grew up in the 50s! Of all of the sitdowns at MGM, I like PT the best. I don't care much for the food at Sci-Fi for dinner, hated Hollywood and Vine, don't care for the food at Mama Melrose, and the Brown Derby is overpriced and the food to "fancy." To quote Goldilocks Prime Time is "just right."

Me! Me! It was my favorite of the trip last year (along with Le Cellier for obvious reasons). I thought the fried herb cheese appetizer was worth the trip alone. DH loved the antics. We're taking his parents back this September and I'm anticipating it being my mother-in-law's favorite. This time I'm skipping the entree and just having the fried cheese and dad's super sundae!

We love 50's Prime Time. We've been there twice and had awesome and funny servers both times (they were both men). I think the food is good too!

We love Primetime!! We eat there every time we go. We've always done lunch in the past, but his time we are doing dinner. I'm going to miss the chicken pot pie at dinner, but that'll force me to choose something different. ;)
