Help experts! Need a sit down meal at DHS. Does Prime Time or Mama Melroses have the better GF menu? Friends in town this weekend and she is GF. I know most of the QS, but unsure about dinners. She doesn't like the uncertainty of buffets. I thought I read the Prime Time had GF fried chicken. Thanks for your help.

My brother has celiac disease and must eat gluten free. He has never had a problem in any restaurant in Disney. As long as you let them know when you make your reservation that you have someone who needs a gluten free meal they will make something special. Every place we have eaten on property had the chef come out and let you know what was available and to make suggestions as to what you could eat. They are very accomodating.

We just got back from a trip as a gluten free family and had an AMAZING time eating at the 50's Primetime. Honestly, the food was about a 7 out of 10, but there were many gluten free options and the atmosphere was great. For lunch the adults had gluten free chicken pot pie with rolls and butter and the kids had hotdogs and fries. My DH had a peanut butter milkshake and I enjoyed a chocolate one and they were each large enough to split with our kids as well. The best part about it was the gluten free cheesecake!!! It was super tasty and came on a plate of raspberry sauce with fresh raspberries around the outside. Our children were celebrating their birthdays while they were there and the staff went out of their way to make it super special (including having diners from around the country sign a card for them).

I'll try to find a couple of pictures to put up!:goodvibes

I had gluten free fried chicken with mashed potato and corn and a chocolate milk shake its was heaven on earth.

I had to ask for the fried chicken though I dont think it was on the menu but I knew from these boards that you could get it.

I wish I knew how to post pictures because i have a whole trip of photos I was so looked after I miss Disney World so much!
