50's Prime Time Cafe

Thinking of going here with my DD17...I want a fun meal for her. How's the food (she's a pretty picky eater) and how is the experience??

We love the 50s Prime Time cafe, but a lot of the experience is in your server. We have been there 3 times. The first time our server was so into it that she was almost mean, the second really did nothing at all. Our most recent trip we had a great time. Our server was Patty. She was a lot of fun.

The food is good, everything has a slow cooked, Mom made it taste. The fried cheese app. is great!

I would definitely say that 50s along with Mama Melrose has the best food in MGM (my opinion of course). And it's always been a lot of fun!

Depends on the server. The food was mediocre at best. Mama Melrose is much better.

I love the environment of the restaurant - it's really laid back, the food is delicious. They have plenty of options for picky eaters, so you shouldn't be too concerned about that. It's more of a regular-food type of Disney restaurant.

50s Prime Time is great! And it's comfort food. The desserts are yummy too!

We had a blast here...
There was 6 boys in our area...and the server asked, "Did all you boys wash your hands?" Of course, they all said, yes. Then the server asked, what color was the soap? No one I knew, so all the boys had to the restroom and wash their hands.
My DD had to wear a bib..she got something on here shirt so the server put a bib on her. My DH did not eat all his veggies so he had to stand up and sing "I am a little tea Pot."
My DD was 16 at the time.
