Overall from your comment, it sounds like customers weren't really liking the schtick. Even the ones without anxiety disorders

A handful of complaints versus the volumes of customers served???? I respectfully disagree. But again, instead of just asking to not partake in the schtick, they have to blow their complaints out of proportion to ruin it for the MAJORITY who. DO enjoy it.

Wow, sounds like you really have strong feelings about this. I'm truly sorry to hear it got sort of ruined for you. That is always a bummer when something you like changes.

We had an extremely shy waitress who barely spoke at all. She just quickly put the food on the table & disappeared. It was crowded. We felt rushed.

Not the "experience" we were expecting!
