I cannot do Disney's Beach Club Villas or Disney's Villas at Wilderness Lodge. I can do a studio at Disney's Polynesian Villas Resort pretty much the whole month of July or August. I have four nights August 10-14 at Disney's Boardwalk Villas. I have lots of availability at Disney's Bay Lake Towers Resort in both July and August. I also have a lot of availability at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas Resort in a standard and savanna view in both Jumbo House and Kidani. I only have one resort that sleeps five in a studio for your dates. I have weeks available with start dates on a Wednesday anytime between July 19-August 16 at Disney's Polynesian Villas Resort. It's the largest studio on site and can sleep 5 adults.

In a standard view it would be 169 points

Just to be on the safe side, I checked all the other resorts and the closest I could get to all your dates would be at Disney's Old Key West in a studio May 8-12.

Or, I can get you a studio at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort for these nights May 3rd, May 5th and 6th, May 8th, 9th, 10th, and May 11th.

I can waitlist the two missing nights May 4th and May 7th. Waitlists usually happen as we get nearer to check in dates----as members are allowed to cancel 30+ days out with no penalty. My estimation is these nights will show up before March 30.

The points required for this Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort preferred studio ( better location on site) would be 15 points per weekday and 19 points for Friday and Saturday nights x $14 per point (plus the fees paid directly to PayPal.com)

I have 1000 Disney's Beach Club Villas points that are available to rent for $15 a point for any resorts booked 7 months or less from check in.

Anything between 7 and 11 months from check in--will have a $1.00 surcharge. So a November check in date will incur a $16.00 per point rate at Disney's Beach Club Villas

Disney's Beach Club Villas Resort is THE most sought after resort and the most difficult to find even out to the 11 month booking window. Therefore, I can do my best job for you if you give me a very long lead time--- as this resort fills up faster than any DVC resort.


I also have 500 Disney's Old Key West Points available for $14.00 per point from 1-7 months in advance. Which means they can be used at OKW for any other DVC resort at 7 months from check in.

Anything between 7 months and 11 months from checkin will have $1 surcharge bringing the price up to $15 per point.

Due to Disney Vacation Club's rule I can only do one point transfer per year. I just finished my, one and only, transfer so I cannot transfer points until March of 2018. Thanks for understanding
