I still had not received mine so, I called Orlando Sentinel today. They are looking into it.

When I called last week I was told, they over sold the Raglan Road certificate by 1 or 2, apparently I was one of the two. Even though I ordered it early, I was told (I think it said there were 43 remaining when I ordered)it was based on when the paypal payment went through my bank.
On the paypal page there is a contact phone number to call. I had my money back in a week, but of course I wish I had the Raglan Road certificate. Good luck. Kristin
