Because right now people are trying to get FP for all the days from May 28th through July 2nd...its not like a normal FP window where its just for the next 60-days-out date.
Why is that?
And they were not prepared for this because?
, among the threads.
Not picking on you in particular, just this common thread, among the threads.
System crashes happen to lots of websites when there is a new release or big events.
Honestly, do people really think this is an oddity?
Don't ever play video games online if a new game/update is released!! Or watch HBO to go when the new Games of Thrones is available!

Because you're only allowed to book so far in advance, so for many, that's 30 days. It doesn't open until May 28th, so there's only a few days of FP availability right now.
No kidding. Heck, Windows 8 has been out for months and it's still buggy, so buggy that Bill Gates himself asked to be reverted back to Windows 7.

I'm with you completely - why do people think this is an uncommon event? There is no way to prepare a system for that kind of influx all at one time.
No idea if that is right, and that is assuming that 50,000 is the limit, which I doubt it is. If we knew how many FP+ were available for each time slot, maybe we could get something a little more accurate?
