I was thinking about going to IOA, but my daughter know nothing of those characters, and she can't do many of the rides. I was thinking of doing US, is she too young to enjoy it? Should I wait and stick with Disney for another day.

I say try IOA. Does you DD not know any of the Dr Seuss Characters? Seuss Landing is wonderful. My DD has been to US/IOA at 2 1/2 and 4 and enjoyed IOA more than US on both trips. There are only 4 things at US she really enjoys(the 5, Kong is now gone) ... The wood Woodpecker coaster, ET, Back to the Future and the Animal Planet live show. At IOA she enjoyed Spiderman, all the Seuss Rides, Me ship to Olive, Ptedron Flyers, Flying Unicorn, the interactive play area inside the Jurasic Park building, and the outdoor play are at Jurasic Park.

In August I took my four turning five a few days after the trip... to both USF and IOA.

My DD, loved both. She went on everything at USF. She especially loved MIB, and ET! She wasn't scared of Terminator II, or Earthquake. She wasn't fond the first time of Kong (moot point now,) or Twister.. after the first time she did ok. Jaws didn't do much for her either.. she wasn't too scared.

She liked the Curious George and the Fievel area. She thought the Barney show, and the Animal show were ok, but sort of boring. She liked the Nickelodeon show, but was too little to do any of the games.

She loved MIB! She really loved MIB! I thought she would be scared the first time with the big bug at the end, but she wasn't!

As for IOA... she loved Cat in the Hat, she was just talking about that yesterday. She was even saying yesterday, why she couldn't sit on the end of the boats in Jurassic park.. that was scary the first time for her, but then she loved it! She liked Dudley as well. Loved over stuff like Unicorn, and Storm Force.. and she really liked Spiderman as well. (she was afraid at first, but loved it after!)

Ok, you convinced me, but now I don't know whether to do IOA or USF. I showed her the movies on the US website. She said she like MIB, does not like Spiderman, thought twister looked cool, liked Earthquake, liked cat in the hat....

I only have one day, the other day is Disney (already have park hoppers left over tickets).

So which one do you recommend.

O'yea she said she really wants to see Slime Time, and to answer a question, I guess I'm a bad Mom, no she knows nothing of Dr. Seuss. But she really knows a lot of Disney..

Not bad LOL ... I am just so use to Dr Seuss beign a staple for preschoolers.

Hard call .... Slime time Live isn't done all the time, and if it is a busy season, it can take most of your day just standing in line for the tickets. All those seeign the show must be in line to receive the tickets unless things have changed. It is just too long to dela wiht if you don't have the whole day to set aside for STL.

Hi... the Fieval area at US is fun for the kids.

If it is a warm day make sure they have the bathing suit on to play at the mini water park... about every 20 minutes or so the clang a bell and a huge bucket of water tips over and all the kids try to get under it....

Also at IOA the One Fish Two Fish ride and the Cat in the Hat Rides are fun for little and BIG Kids (Like Me!)

I'm not sure of the height restriction on the FLying Unicorn - but it seems to me I saw some little ones on this roller coaster.
