5% rewards back from shopping on disneyshopping.com.. when does it end?

I recieved a thing in the mail with my bill a few months ago saying that on top of the 1% for purchases you would recieve another 4% for a total of 5% when you used your disney visa on disneyshopping.com.. I lost that little piece of paper and was wondering if anyone out there when that ends or if it has ended.. Thanks in advance...

Mine said January 15. I found my slip right after I made a purchase on the 14th. Whew!!
