Hi.. we are planning a trip this year (4 adults & 1toddler)... I can see some Studios that offer space for 5 pax .. but is the space enough to have a comfortable week together?
Thanks!

It would be cramped that's for sure, but I guess it depends on your level of comfort. The pull out couch can be a little uncomfortable for a whole week for two adults, I would suggest rotating half way through so that no one is stuck on the pull out the whole time. I have done four adults in a studio many times and it's been totally fine. We don't spend a tonne of time in the room anyways, as we are park people.
I'm not sure if adding the toddler would make it too cramped or not.

No.the pull out couches in most studios are uncomfortable for 1 person let alone 2. The studio would not give 4 adults a lot of elbow room let alone privacy for a week.
.

Yes.. seems like two bedrooms is better, but will have to do a split stay to stretch the points.. thanks!

OKW gives you two actual beds in a studio but, it will be cramped. I felt a little cozy with 2 adults a teen and toddler in crib. A 1 bedroom gives you a king bed & some have 2 baths but still only a pull out and maybe sleeper chair. Neither are great for 5 adults. I agree with 2 bedroom if you all want to have some elbow room. Plus the full kitchen & laundry are gold!

We have done 5 in a studio several times with 2 of our adult children and out 13yr old. It was tight but we have all lived in the same house together for years so there was little adjusting. I would not do it if it involved anyones significant other. No matter how old my kids are we are all used to each other's quirks, an outside person, even if they are married into the family would not be used to that.

Never done it, but I think it would be cramped.
Doing it, I would try for studios with a split bathroom, such as VGF or even more so the Poly.
Boulder Ridge - no way

It would really depend on who these four adults are. Two of my adult kids, maybe but it depends on which two. One of my adult kids and their significant other, no way. Not because of the sofa bed but because of the privacy issue.

I cannot imagine that the week would be comfortable! Something to get through, maybe.

Don't do it...I can barely stay in a studio with just DH so we usually get a 1 BR. We recently had a 1BR at OKW for us and a studio (in the same building) for our son and DIL...we were able to eat and hang out together but come and go as we please. It worked out great and we had happy mornings getting ready privately and meeting up for the day...naps as needed etc.
