5 People(3adt&2kids)@POR Charge ?

Hi I am wondering how they charge for 5 people - 3 adults and 2 kids - w/ a Trundle bed.. is it 25 per night for the extra person AND 15 per night for the Trundle Bed ???? Thanks Michelle

I just did a test reservation on WDW's website and for 3 adults and 2 children the site only charged the $15 per night for the trundle, no extra charge for the adult.

It seem strange to me that they charge for the trundle bed. Every time we have stayed in the part of PO that has them, they are just in the room under the bed. I do know when we take my mom with us we get charge the $15 or the extra adult in all the resorts we have stayed at, except DVC when we use points.

The 15.00 charege would be for the extra adult.The values are10.00,the Moderates are 15.00 and the deluxe are 25.00 for extra adult over 2 in a room.

If you specifically need a room with a trundle (ie 5 people in your family), or specifically reserve it (it is a separate room category) you will be charged the $15 per night surcharge. If you happen to get a room in AB and it has a trundle, you won't be charged. If you have 5 people, you also don't get socked twice for an additional night surchage of $15 per night, since they already got you for the trundle charge.

Ok so it sounds like with 5 people & a trundle in the AB section it would be just one charge of $15 per night ( and the front desk can call it additional adult or trundle charge ) Thanks Michelle
