Trying to decide whether to stay 5 or 6 nights. We have a 2 y.o and a 5y.o staying at bwv. Will be an extra $200...but more concerned whether we and the kids will be burned out.
any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks

Rance,
I would not be concerned about the kids "being burned out." If so, maybe a relaxing day of pool activities and an afternoon at Downtown Disney on day 6. So many options at DTD kids of all ages will enjoy. Have a great vacation. :cool1::banana::banana:

Extra time gives you more opportunity to slow down and tour at a relaxed pace.

Stay the extra night. It will give me more time to take breaks so the kids don't get burnt out.

as long as it isn't cost prohibitive, how can you go wrong with adding time to a disney trip?

We have been going since our kids were 2, 3, 4, and 7. We stayed 6 nights the first time we went and they were definitely not burned out. We stay at 8 nights now and it's still not enough time.

I don't think you'll find anyone here who would suggest a shorter trip! ;)

I agree, stay for the extra night, but maybe do a half-day in the middle of the week to recharge batteries. If you're not one of those compulsive Dis planners (like some people posting this message :rolleyes1), you could leave that last day wide open. Then that morning you can think about what you missed or would like to do again on your "bonus" day. Have fun!

stay the extra night so you don't feel like you have to rush and you can relax and enjoy the pool for the kids. We usually do 7 or 8 nights since my son was 2.

We have a four year old and a one year old. We stayed seven nights in Sept., and neither was burned out! We were able to just take it slow. This time, we started out wanting 5 nights, extended it to 6, and we're considering making it even longer!:rotfl:

I also vote for the longer trip. There is so much to do and by having an extra day you can do it at a slower pace.

Stay longer if you can. The longer you stay the less are the park tickets. Go during free dining if you can to save money.

I agree with all the pp's about staying the extra night so you can do everything at a slower, more relaxed pace pixiedust:
