Just came across this thread searching for stuff about Alaska (don't ask me how search put this in the results ) and caught site of your boards name. We were part of your FE group this cruise. Loved the Double Dip. We did a 4 night on the Dream last summer but really missed that extra day. Off to Alaska this summer-can't wait!

I am totally coming here and stealing some of your pics when I start working on my photobook for this trip. What an awesome job! Loved the blog too. Not seeing too many about Alaska so you've inspired me to maybe give it a try after our trip this summer.

I totally remember you, Becky! We ran in the 5K together, too! The cookies you gave in the FE were still the best FE gift and still the best cookie ever!! Scott has been trying to replicate Lynn's cookies (for us, not to sell) since then!! (He's close, but not quite there!)

We've been on 3 cruises since this one - another double dip in Jan 2011 (on the Magic), a 7-night Western Caribbean Oct 2011, and a 3-night on the Dream last month. I did a trip report for the Jan 2011 one, but not the other 2 yet......

Wow, I was also just thinking about this cruise. This was our first Disney cruise and now we are getting ready for our next. We will be on the Fantasy for a seven day Eastern the first week of July. We can't wait. We did a seven day on RCL Freedom of the seas and found ourselves looking at the Disney Dream docked beside us in Port Canaveral. Although that cruise wasn't bad, it wasn't Disney. I remember both of you. I believe we were neighbors with Becky.

It took me a while to reply. We are going on the eastern two weeks after you for the 29th sailing on the Fantasy. I'm pretty excited for this trip.

We are DVC members. I don't use the points enough but I really do like the 1 bedroom villas. I want to book Hawaii Aulani but it won't be for another couple years based on other vacation plans. My recommendation is buy the minimum number of points, you can always buy more later.
