5 for June Challenge - Final List Updated 7/5

Again, my Saturday was too busy for me to have time to post so the update happened today.

I did not lose anything because I am retaining massive amounts of water. In fact, my scale is showing that I am up 0.8 of a pound so I am -0.8/5. I am also kind of taking this week off since I have a staff retreat Thursday and Friday with no way of controlling my food.

Good luck to all the losers. You guys are doing an amazing job!!
 
I think that I must be retaining a lot of fluid this week! I weighed myself this morning and I had put 4 pounds on :confused3 So I'm now at 10/5. Hopefully next week I will have got rid of the water and I'll be able to post a loss!
 
Weighed this morning and I can finally be updated! 3/5!! Whooo hoooo!!
 

Well this week was better... lost 3.8 for a total of 4.2/5 :banana:
 
I know it is a little late in the month, but I have been away for a long time and really need to get back on track. I would like to join and see how close I can get.
 
Just weighed in and I lost 6 pounds!!!!

Of course, I am leaving for WDW tomorrow, so I will undo some of this progress, but for today, I am HAPPY!!!! :cool1:

Ok- finally something to report. As of 6/15, I'm at 2/5.
 
I've lost 7/5 so far for this month. South Beach is working for me! :cool1:
 
Finally I lost a pound - LOL put me down for 1/5 - I have a feeling these last few pounds are going to be very stubborn at coming off :guilty:
 
Today I'm not officially 6/5. Yesterday would have been better, but oh well. One more weigh in before I leave!

Had such a terrible week, PMS and just not in control, gained a ton and feel like ..... I am frustrated but am ready to get back on to the track. I just got off the treadmill and feel good about it. SO my new goal for the week is to deal with each day one at a time and walk each day. I hope to loose a chunk of what I gained. You can post me back to 0/5 but it is a bit back to where I was. I will do it, it will make my 20 goal for our trip a bit hard to achieve but I am not totally discouraged but know it is not too achievable at this time.
 
I'm still at 2/5 for the month, but I'm going to double my efforts. I think my main problem is eating when we're out with friends or eating out. I haven't forgotten this challenge just haven't had anything to report. I will by the end of this week!
 
Well I had a .6 gain at WW today, which puts me at 3.6/5 for this challenge. I have one more WI before the end and expect to JUST make it :rolleyes:
 
I had my WI this morning and I have lost another 3 pounds. That now puts me at 13/5! :flower:

I lost 2 pounds at WI this week so I'm at 2/5 now.
 
Whaaa-Hooo!!! After thinking I had done so badly last week, I finally got on the scale this morning. I'm down 4/5 for this month!!!! Oh yeah! :banana:

I'm living proof that it can be done! After only losing one pitiful pound last month, I'm a happy camper. Onward and downward is the cry, right?
