5 days for price of 3

They seem to be running this promo more and more these days. The current one runs through October. Does anyone know/remember when the previous one ran? I tried googling it but can't seem to find it.

Not sure exactly, but I think it was Jan-April for the Parkhoppers. If you are talking about the packages, I think this latest one started May 1(?) as soon as the last one ended. We had friends who took advantage of the previous one in April.

Do they generally offer anything say for end of November? I am guessing not with it being Christmas time and all. I can't believe they are offering something for the Summer period....so who knows.

They are also still offering 20-40% off hotel only for Disney properties (and maybe good neighbor, I'm not sure). If you are staying on property and don't need or want the little extras in the package, it is cheaper to get this deal, and then buy tickets separate, which you can buy at the discounted 5 for 3 rate. I priced it out and depending on where you stay (PPH is 20%, DLH is 30% and GCH is 40% off) determines how much less you pay compared to the package, but all of them save you. Just in case anyone is trying to plan. It's worth looking into.

Disney does not and can not offer you a Discount on Good Neighbor hotels. Booking a good nieghbor hotels only allows you to book a package. Usually these hotels are the same right or less than booking with disney if you do it seperate.

Disney usually does a deal to buy hoppers, that is 3 day or more tickets. In addition to the buy 3 get 5 they also commonly do the everyone pays the kids price.

Disney is trying to cut discounts, this is what they officially said at their FY2009 sharholder meeting. So it will largly depend on attendance if they want to run more promos. I'm thinking chances will go down as DCA attendance rises with WoC.

We have gone the week after Thanksgiving for the past 5 years (That week has been either the last week in Nov. or the first week in Dec.). We have never seen 5 days for the price of 3 promo running during that time. I would love it if they offered it then!

Not to nitpick but it runs until September 30. You got me all excited when you said through October since we are going on the 13th. I zoomed over to get my tickets and found out it stops before we go.

To bad. Never any October deals.

I guess technically the FIRST use must be before 9/30 but the ticket is good until 10/13

Darn that is the week we are trying this year. I was hoping to hold out for a ticket deal, but i guess I should just buy our tickets now. And the prices just went up, but I guess since we are gonna upgrade to annual passes our price for the tickets + upgrade won't be affected. Even if I had bought our hoppers before the price increase, we still would have had to pay the difference to the higher AP rate in December anyway...
