I say no news is a good thing. I may be in the minority but I thought the AK parade was cute. Fun Dismeets are planned!

I actually think I'm in the minority on that parade with not liking it. Of course there are the people that don't like any parades, but I don't see a lot of negative comments about the AK parade except it's HOT.

Love all of your plans. Bringing your own tea is such a good idea. The coffee in WDW isn't so hot. The coffee at the Poly wasn't so bad, but everywhere else it was awful.

TK considering we could have talked for hours more on the phone....they will probably be asking us to leave Epcot so they are lock the doors. But there is always the lounges of the Boardwalk area!

Have I ever told you about how I've closed Epcot?

More than once. Perhaps I'll save that story for when we all "officially" meet.

I usually watch news in the am when I'm getting ready but I'm toying with the idea of banning news from the TV set while I'm there and just watch Disney resort tv.....5 days of Stacy in the morning....crazy huh?

I barely watch news in real life, so I flat out refuse to watch it on vacation. The only news I want to know is what time my park is closing and when the parades and fireworks are scheduled.

After touring AK for most of the day, I head to Epcot for the evening to meet up with some of my favorite letters in the alphabet. T K & C P

I can't wait to meet some of my favorite consonants in the alphabet on Friday -- T K and M R Y P P N S.

Ok you can stop laughing now over the fact that I scheduled a bathroom break, there are no bathrooms on the ME buses.

Okay, I was soo just going to read and then make a comment at the end, but this stopped me dead in mu tracks, Heidi! Really? A potty break?!? I laugh not because you scheduled it, because that is all understandable. I laugh because the fact I had NOT scheduled potty breaks and my BIL who thought my touring plans were crazy reminded me to schedule them (he was being a smart aleck) caused a bit of strife last October.

I totally get the trip by yourself. I was gonna do this until free dining came out for December and I wanted the kids to go. It was actually for the same dates you have, so I feel like a great person got my trip for a greater need! Enjoy yourself--celebrate Heidi--you deserve it!!!

I was lucky that I got to nip any tour planning complaining in the bud with DH on our first trip. We had gone to MK and riden Peter Pan per the touring plan earlier in the week and walked on. Later in the week we returned to MK with no plan - just to do whatever (which was the plan ). Well, we walked by Peter Pan at like 2pm and the que was full. I didn't even have to say anything, he understood why touring plans are needed just be looking at that line.

As far as bathrooms go....not all are created equal at Disney that's for sure! I know, I've been pregnant the last 2 trips

Day 4 is in 3 sections....I plan to get them all posted today between cleaning up the mess in my kitchen from our cook-out yesterday; paying bills; printing out the touring plans on heavy paper; the kids; football; and NASCAR (today's race is at the track that I worked at for 10 years). Oh and I caught up with most of your PTR's/TR's this morning while I was feeding Danica x2 so I couldn't type....sorry not to be able to leave a comment.

Back to the plans!

The only thing I have to add under #7 is seeing Muppets 3D....they are slightly updating it with a new pre-show and digital 3D for the main movie so I'd like to see it before the change.

I'm playing a lot of things by ear on this day. I know that I'm starting at DHS and I know where I'm finishing the evening....the middle might change based on going to a DIS-meet for lunch at Beaches and Cream.

It's not a case of I don't know if I want to go to lunch, because I do, but I would have only been at DHS for a couple hours before I had to head back out. I'm going to let the timing of everything play itself out.

So the morning will be at DHS, and there may or may not be lunch at Beaches & Cream with the DIS ladies. Once I'm done with DHS I'll head to Epcot. I really don't know how long I'll be there but I do know that I want to take the monorail from Epcot to MK. I haven't taken that ride in a really long time so that's something that I'm looking forward to doing. And because I don't really know where I'll be for dinner that night, I'm just going to wing it.

The last stop of the night is MK for the Wishes Dessert party. And I lucked out because jenjolt (Jen) booked it separately for her and IluvCrush (Paula) for the same night to we get to pig out together on sweet treats!

Fear not Jackie! When I wing it, the wing has plans A thru E written on the feathers. If I'm in Epcot for dinner then I'll just eat from the F&W booths since I couldn't have gotten an ADR that night if I wanted one. Or even maybe a sandwich from Norway. And if I'm at MK I'll eat at Cosmic Ray's or get a hot dog from Casey's.

But then again, at 1900 Park Fare, Lady Tremaine and the two evil stepsisters make the rounds. My nephew found them more entertaining than Cindy and the Prince. But Maleficent might be pushing it
