5 day park hopper tickets

I have some Qs regarding the tickets and appreciate someone can help me. I have read on disneyland.com the ticket expires in 13 days after it's first use. What if I purchase at the gate or at disney store, do they have the same policy? Also does the ticket has any guest names printed on them? Can I pass it on to someone else if I only use it for 3 days?

There are no names on the tickets. I doubt you are allowed to pass the unused days to some one else but don't see how they would know

1ST use is the first day you enter the park.

Transfering passes or selling unused days is technically forbidden and definietly not recommended to be done on park property. Local fireman was fired from his job and lost his annual pass for taking a ticket from someone leaving the park one day and tried to convert it to an annual pass. You can translate this as you wish.
