5 bedroom rental home for $125 a night??

I have seen a few posts about 5 bedroom rental homes in the $125 a night price range. However there was no additional info to find these places. I am assuming these places are a little further away from Disney than say, Windsor Hills.

Anyone have a info they would like to pass along?

This one is on 27 at the Palms Lake Davenport Estates. We haven't stayed here but have stayed in the subdivision a few years ago. The drive is about 10 - 15 minutes using Sherberth Rd. http://www.jansfloridavilla.co.uk/prices1.htm
There's a DISer who stays out that way regularly and may be able to give you a shortcut instead of use 27 and 192.

No details on above apart to say that there is a thread about this house Grumpy's Grotto (good but house up for sale)

We are staying in Rolling Hills in May in same style house. See details below.

We are staying here during Presidents week for $1100.

We will get $175 security deposit back if nothing is damaged. The price includes pool heat and taxes. Their prices are listed higher on the their www.vrbo.com page, but it wouldn't hurt to inquire and ask for a quote with everything you want included. It is a little further out, but I have been told by others on this board that is takes 10 minutes to get from this area to the Windsor Hills area. For the price, that is worth it for me. Not including the security deposit, the three couples that are going will each pay ~$310. The owners have been fabulous so far. They emailed me a reminder about giving the final payment a couple weeks in advance. They take credit cards through pay pal. Once they got my payment, they immediately emailed me the lock box code. I even got a phone call because she was having trouble with my email address. I will write a review when we return next month.
