Welcome - first cruise, so exciting! I think the kids will love doing FE's - this is our first Disney cruise so it's new to us too!

The day we are at Nassau my family is doing this walking tour and I thought I would post the website. So if someone else might wanted to do the walk.

Thanks for the link, Sarah...I would love a walking tour. Last time we were in Nassau, we took a city tour and enjoyed that too. We are thinking about just going to Junkanoo Beach for a while, then maybe do a little shopping. No firm plans though as of now

Disney Store is having a sale, 25% off and free shipping over $75 - I ordered some pajamas for the granddaughters and a few other things for the cruise...the days are ticking away!

Finished my FE... still working on the gifts though but coming along... My new sewing machine is being put to use (although I'm still trying to figure out how to use it)
looks like a majority of us are on floors 6-8 ; dropping off all these gifts might be easier than I thought! Getting them to Florida from LA is a whole other story... Has anyone tried shipping to the boat? Debating on sending it to the boat or to the Disney Dolphin where we will be staying a few days prior to the cruise. I'd HATE to not have my FE gifts for the cruise!

The day we are at Nassau my family is doing this walking tour and I thought I would post the website. So if someone else might wanted to do the walk.

We were looking at this too! Thanks for sharing. At the very least - I want to visit the straw market, maybe the pirate museum and my husband wants to sample some local food. Then - looking to enjoy some less crowded time on the boat too.

We finished our online checkin too, we were able to get the port arrival time we were hoping for - yeah!!!

This weekend I hope to get my FE finished - I started it several weeks ago but haven't touched it since Also got our pirate appliques in today, so we are ready to start on our family tee shirts. I love the last couple of months before the cruise, when all the planning and research comes together.

I wonder why our countdown on this board shows 2 months and 2 weeks??

Unfortunately, we have decided to forgo the cruise for another year or so in favour of a longer stay in Florida. Therefore can you please take us off the list for the FE.

We will still be down there from May 1-13, staying initially at the BC, and then popping over to AKL. While we are regulars at Jiko, this will be our first time as guests to experience waking up to the savanah. Can't wait!

Hopefully we may still run into some of you down there either before or after the cruise. Bon Voyage!!

I'm so sorry that you won't be able to cruise with us. Maybe next time! We will be at the AOA resort 2 days prior to cruising. Maybe our paths will cross there!

Does any plan on doing the Castaway 5K or has anyone participated? Wishing to "walk" the 5K / is that a problem?

Not a crafty person so will not participate in FE.

I'm hoping to do the 5K with a combo of running jogging and walking. I've wanted to try my hand (or foot) at running so I'm planning on the CC 5K being my first attempt. From what I've read on the forums there are lots of people that walk it too.

The last day to sign up for the FE exchange is March 31 so everyone will have the month of April to finish getting the goodie bags together. Please let me know by posting or sending me a private message if you are doing the FE. The ones that are listed in the post on page 12 I have down as doing the FE.

I have this cruise in May with my hubby and another cruise in June with the kids- that one is on the Allure of the Seas. Planning a RCL cruise is tough. Not only did I have to schedule the excursion and the specialty dining (we are able to take the kids as long as it's before 7, which is cool) but the shows as well. Plus you can schedule Character Breakfasts and cupcake classes, and some adult parties. I had to really work things out. The Disney system of having a different show every night with no reservations necessary makes it much easier. But since I love planning, it's all good.
