well, I did it. Finally put in my order at Lands' End and LLBean for the kids. Every pair of pants/shorts/skorts that I ordered for KT I got multiple sizes of. Figured better to order different sizes and THEN decide what works instead of ordering ONE size, finding out it doesn't work, and then having them be backordered.

Yeah, and I was going to get in the shower and get a jump start on today. I know, I know, 8:00 is not a jumpstart for ppl like Jim and Irene!!!

Works for me....unlike the "perfect bathing suit I ordered" It is perfect, 'cept that it does not fit...

That's what I did too ... for the kids: 2 sizes of shoes, 2 sizes of swimsuits, 2 sizes of swim tops ... for me: 4 styles of swimsuits. I've got lots of stuff to return to Sears from Lands' End. Most of that stuff wound up back-ordered but I got it all by mid-April.

We are on this double dip cruise. Can't wait, the DH, DSx2, and the DD. Just ordered our buttons too. We have bus transfers but we are now thinking of renting a car and driving to the port. Any ideas? We are flying in the night before and staying at the Marriott.

I like driving too. It's just seems like less hassle to me. Try Budget rentals, they have a rental location very close to the port and a shuttle. I always drop the girls off at the port and then return the car. Less luggage handling that way.

Yeah, it is nice we can return them to Sears. I wish Sears had a bigger selection of Lands' End clothes. They tout being this big retailer for Lands' End stuff, but we go in there and there's ONE kind of dress, ONE kind of sweater, ONE kind of short, ONE kind of pant. Go figure. With KT's figure, I'd like to try things ON first! And even then, THAT is dicouraging!!

We did pick up a cute skirt at, of all places, Wal*mart the other day. It's cute, fits in the waist (almost) and is long enough. Told her yesterday that we might have to go back and get every color!!!

Cruise related - Hey Kevin - my Nitrox card has not arrived. We will see if we can get a new temporary from the instructor....the temp. was only good for 30 days. When we spoke with him before Easter - he said they were behind.

I had a WEIRD cruise dream last night. I was going on the cruise with my sister & parents. The Tinks were in the dream too. My family is ALWAYS late for everything. It was 5:00 PM and we were not on the ship yet. I was crying telling them that the ship would leave without us. The Tinks lived down the street and left around 4:00 to head to the ship. WEIRD!

I dread the day that kids clothes no longer come with an elastic or adjustable waist. That's the only way that anything will fit Emily. We found some shorts & skorts at Wal-mart the other day that fit her well. We bought several of the same style / brand but different colors.
