I was thinking that, too, when I looked at the picture. I think it's just the way he has his legs bent.
Some parents on the other team were sitting behind me talking about him. They didn't know that Jay & I were his parents.
His division has 10 to 12 year olds....but because of the way they do the cutoff for birthdays, some kids are only 9. They were talking about how big Jared is, and how dangerous it is for the "little boys" to have kids Jared's age out there. I didn't say anything, but I wanted to tell them that he's only 12...and wasn't eligible to move up a division...according to League rules. Otherwise, we would have moved him up.


I discovered a place in Cave Creek that sells Swarovski. Saw their ad in the paper. I will NOT go in there. That would not be good. I'll stick to collecting a piece when we go on vacation....that way, they each mean something.
The Disney ones are really tempting, but too expensive.

I have a small collection wrapped in cottonwool in a tupperware stuffed in a cupboard somewhere here, I stopped collecting as they have gone so expensive and just need cleaning!!!

Maria -- Mine does that all the time. I ususally leave him sleeping in his chair, run off to bed so I can fall asleep before he comes in and starts snoring

OMG - That's exactly what usually happens here but lately he's been going to bed earlier than me. And last night, believe it or not, I wasn't tired. Maybe too much housework got my blood flowing. I came up shortly after him.

Kevin -- we signed on the dotted line today for the refrigerated air. Went with the same company that installed our furnace a few years back. We got the 5 ton 14 seers unit with all new registers for $5300. I hope I don't live to regret it. The last few years here though have seen some really hot summers with a lot of humidity and the swamp coolers haven't been able to cool the house.

That sounds great! Having the same company that did the previous work will help. You have a history and I'm confident that you will LOVE the refrigerated air conditioning!!!

I'm betting you say the flat tire is only flat on the bottom too!!

Wow. see, that is so not me. I'll be like "hey, kids, can we get rid of these yet?"


I do remember pinholing the eggs and blowing them out for other reasons, but not to color them.

So you colored them FIRST, then pinholed them?

My sister has gotten into egg decorating. Some pretty fancy designs with very intricate work. She does all the work first and then removes the insides. Seems like it would be easier that way.

Except if it gets damaged while pricking or blowing then there goes all the hard work!!!

Mine is the Mickey pearl necklace. Pearl necklace with the Mickey icon done in pearls. Luckily I didn't have to pay for that myself....my parents got it for me for my birthday on the 10 day cruise. You'll all see it....it always makes it's appearance on formal night.

Frances got one for her birthday on that cruise, too. They are pretty.

Good Morning All - A blessed Easter to you.

We had a very wonderful day yesterday - diving in the morning, I'll post a report later with Sam's pics, then lunch with friends, home for cleaning of gear and a few chores....and dying of eggs with good friends, a cookout-patio fire and bed....

Today is beautiful in S. Florida - Roasted Coofee(from friends in Costa Rica) Church, breakfast on the beach, Mother's, Easter lunch, dinner......

Life is "good" "better" :best".....
