Oh ... another thing I saw at Costco today ... Swaroski (sp?) Disney figurines ... I saw Mickey & Pluto for sure ... think there were more.

BTW, Stacey or Amanda, how much was the pin? If you don't mind me asking.

Ang

Hi Ang, sorry about the sick little one! I have the 'Amanda' pin also (thank you Irene). It was $40 and still available on the Magic in Jan.

Scoopie was one cool cone!!!!! He really enjoyed himself at the 2nd Annual DeLand Bike Rally, where he spent the day hanging out with the event's really cool advertising director!!!

So what did all those bikers think of you carrying around a little stuffed ice cream cone?? :lmao:

Dadgum 40 second rule got me!

I find that too. But the Banfi was really good!

Ooops, quoted the wrong post. It was supposed to be the post about the dessert buffet doesn't taste very good.

We've got a sick one tonight ... argh!!! While we were dying eggs, Ashley kept complaining of a tummy ache. About 20 min. before dinner, it wasn't a pretty sight. I hope this passes quickly and she's all better in the morning. Otherwise, she won't get to eat any of the chocolate that the EB leaves tonight.

Ang

Bummer....I hope Ashley is 100% better in the morning!!

Megan was about 2 years old and woke up on Easter morning with the croup. Actually, it was the early morning hours before....what a long night and day that was!

I honestly don't remember....maybe Amanda does...or Irene. Oops, sorry Sue. Guess I should read before I post. I DO know that it cost me $20 to have it made into a pendant.

Well -- I am in between the kitchen and computer. Helping 0Ashley color eggs. Unfortunately, this is something that Dad always likes doing and I don't and he is working tonight. Oh, it is okay, but I just hate messing up my clean kitchen. Doesn't that sound awfully selfish of me. Now that the kids are older, it is just not as much fun as when they were little.

I don't think $40 is bad for that. That may have to be my main souvenir off of this trip. My first time I bought the Radko Ship Ornament (when they were still doing Radkos')

At Christmas, I splurged and got the crystal etched ship. But one of my absolute favorites are the Mickey Wish Pearl necklaces. But then, I'm addicted to Wish Pearls and The Pearl Factory. It's just so much fun to open an oyster and be surprised at what you get.

We were talking about going to Costco today, but didn't make it. Wonder if they have the Swavroski figurines at ours?

Good pictures, Stacey. Yes, a little small. That isn't Jared batting, is it? I remember his legs being longer than that!

Hi Angie -- hope your Ashley is feeling better. Being sick on Easter is not fun.

My 21 yr old DD thought the Easter Bunny should bring her tickets to three concerts - one of them being Dave Matthews! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Heck, I want the EB to bring *ME* those tickets!!! :rotfl2:

Sounds like a lot of these DD have Easter confused with Christmas!!!! :rotfl2:

Ditto the get well sentiments!!!

I always equate being sick with yucky weather, aka winter. Being sick when the weather is good seems........ just WRONG!!!

Jared's team lost the other night to a team who hadn't won a game yet, and I was really happy for them. I'm one of those who cheers for both teams.

The boys are 8 years old so they win some and loose some, it was great for the other team and a lot of them were on Adams teams in previous years. We are very low key here.....no parents beating up other parents etc!!! :teeth:

I saw that Chicago was touring....I'd love to see them again!

I'm thinking that the EB needs to get us some tickets to a Diamondbacks game, too.

We are supposed to go to the Aquarium tomorrow and also have tickets to the Braves game so probably 2 hours at the Aq. and then onto the game at 1pm.

That's good. We were in a soccer league when Dale was younger (5th grade I think) and the parents were awful. Needless to say, he really wasn't into it and we didn't do it the next year.

Another U-Toppirate:

Cool idea to have it changed :thumbsup2

Kevin -- we signed on the dotted line today for the refrigerated air. Went with the same company that installed our furnace a few years back. We got the 5 ton 14 seers unit with all new registers for $5300. I hope I don't live to regret it. The last few years here though have seen some really hot summers with a lot of humidity and the swamp coolers haven't been able to cool the house.

I always but the disney bags and shirts etc and then they just sit in the closet, last year I got DH the swimming trunks and he uses those a lot.
