I have a video clip someone sent me by email but I don't know how to post a link. I'm pretty computer illiterate. When I open the email attachment it opens a full page of windows media player. There's not a http://.............. address to post. I tried to right click on it but that didn't seem to do anything. So, I'll just have to giggle at it myself :teeth:

I've heard about that snipe program too. I got frustrated with e-bay (not myself of course) after getting up at some rediculous hour to try and win something that would be a perfect gift for my Aunt. It's a silly christmas ornament - she's missing one of the 10 I think in the series. I think it's original price back in '93 was $25.00 or so. I have been looking for this for 2 years this Easter Sunday!!! I have found a total of 2. The first one I lost was about a year ago - it went for $111 I think. The more recent one went for $137. I actually went up to $120 ish - don't know why! Frustration of looking for 2 years I guess!!!! In retrospect I'm kind of glad I didn't get it. It's not worth that price to me. But.........it would be the perfect gift!!!!!

It's bedtime for me too I think. I should have gone awhile ago!

Kevin has a snipe program, that's really the way to go. You don't have to sit there waiting for the auction to end, you just put in your highest bid and you're done. I know, for us it takes a bit of the fun out of it. But everytime I'm sitting there I promise myself I'm going to upload that program.

I also Esnipe and love it. Just put the bid in and walk away. Sometimes I even forget what I am bidding on until the emails start showing up.

God Morning All -

Message to Kevin - no more posting of shark pictures pleased.

I had a dream last night that we had to "tender" to the shore via an underwater shuttle and then we had to dive to reach the boat on the way back in--the dive took us past fish in underwater large aquariaums and on our way a group (pod, covy, gaggle?) of tiger sharks swam right through all - no blood, all were ok, they just swan throuhg minidng their business.

I think that Disney will have a more tradtional tender - yes?

I didn't realize that it's time to 'spring forward' this weekend until we got the church newsletter in the mail today with the reminder. Where has the time gone :confused3 .

And we are diving at 7:00 am - that is really only 6:00 am - yawn!!!!

This triggered a memory from the AK. The cute, adorable little meerkats were just finishing up a very messy dinner of BUNNY. The cast member said they sometimes have to close the viewing area because it can be disturbing to watch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, we have had the need for a RMH. It was in 2003 in Roanoke, VA. DD then 6 had a strange staph infection that caused her airway to close up. It happened all of a sudden and she was helicoptered to the children's hospital. My in-laws came up in the middle of the night to be with us. The staff contacted RMH and found us a room. They were amazing! My in-laws and son had a huge room and they offered free meals. My husband and I spent the week at the hospital, but it was a God-send to our family. They charged very little and provided free toys, books, and games to my son. If your choosing worthy causes to donate to, choose RMH!

Wow, scary thing! Glad she's alright. Having stepped away from the ICU realm I dont' see this stuff on a daily basis (thank goodness) but I know, from experience, that people are working hard 24/7 to make miracles happen. I was just reading about a little girl in FL www.candacejoy.org and it is AMAZING that this little girl lived. Reading the archives of what she went through and the care she received is amazing.

p.s. Thanks, Virgil for doing what you do!!!

I didn't enjoy tonight's performances very much either. Who's the prodigy?

Katharine....they are always gushing all over her. And during her song Mike and I kept cringing saying "oh, that sounds AWFUL." Then when she ended, I looked at Mike and said "if the judges say wonderful things about that performance than you and I know NOTHING about music."

And then the judges did. Not one of them mentioned her vocals being bad.

She sang that Christina Aguilera (sp?) song so the best Mike and I can figure is that Christina sings it that badly and Katharine just did a good job imitating poor vocals. :confused3

Both commercials opened beautifully for me......must be my great new HP PC with the Windows XP Media center that can play all this cool stuff w/o having to download anything.....as opposed to the mac....where's the little jabbing-poking guy??

You guys really need to bookmark this guy. Everytime ya'll need him, ya'll have to ask where he is. I KNOW where he is. Bookmarked as my #3 link! :lmao:

Shoot...I can't remember her name...the one Simon was gushing over. The only one Simon said anything good about. The one who did the Beyonce song, I think. Young, 17 or so???

We thought they all sounded a little "strained" tonight.

Paris. I don't remember him saying great things about her. I remember him saying she was a little girl doing a grown up song.

Mike and I just figure that the last 6 yrs of music have STUNK if no one can come up with a good song to even perform!!! :lmao:

Taylor will win anyway. That's the grey haired guy.

Hope you're right. I like him. He's fun, his vocals are good, and he's not going to be caught flashing his scar on his chest. What was with THAT? :confused3

I missed it, did Ace say why that was there?

No...I'm sorry..I was just repeating what she said entirely. The only one we were wondering about was Cozumel.

Whew! Not that I had any serious doubts (we'd probably hear about THAT by now), but glad to hear that's not it.

Cozumel - well, that'd be nice, but if we don't go, oh well. We can add another sea day, for all I care! Just get me on the ship!

And Simon didn't like Taylor's outfit tonight. Love it when Simon comments on fashion. I thought he looked good!

After Simon said that I had to shout at the TV "Simon, this is a SINGING competition, NOT a FASHION competition!!!!"

In response to his comments to Paula a couple weeks ago that this was a "SINGING competition, NOT a DANCING competition!!!"

Looks like I have lots of catching up to do. I'm back at work today so it'll have to wait until later.

Welcome to Ray!

OHMinnie, you asked when we were going to WDW. I was thinking of either the week of Jan. 1, spring break (first week in April, I think) or week of Mem. week. I've never rented points before. Which property are your points? Any suggestions on which week would be best? I need to sit down with Bruce & decide which time of year would be best.
