I haven't forgotten.....but then, I didn't just get new glasses....
There's Virgil, Kevin, Gus, Biff (Mark...is that YOU??), Jim, Skinny and GarRy
Back: Paul, Ken, Jay (but he was too shy to sign his name ;) ) Cary, another shy one, Mike (didn't sign either) and Joe. The one that's half hidden...I used a magnifying glass...it's signed "Heinrich"....honest...do you suppose that's LeiLani's husband Rich?? And on mine, Charlotte's husband John signed one, too.

Nope not Mark. He didn't attend the all boys weekend where the photo was shot. Probably stuck home with his wife.:lmao:

OK, only my DH's name is there to be able to check the kids out. Looks like I'm not linked with y'all for early dining. Ohhhhh Suuueeee!!! Can't change it now, right? It'll mess everyone up. Is that right?

I'm about 30 pages behind in posts, but just saw this one, and it reminded me that I forgot that today is the 13th... just tried to book Palo, and couldn't... oh well.

Also, where do you see where dinner is or isn't linked... I thought that our first seating linking was taken care of already?

Cruise Question

I booked our Palo night for Formal Night. Does that mean that we have to dress formal for Palo? Or just "regular" Palo attire?

Karen, in case you miss it, I was able to get Palo dinner on Mon. (formal) night at 6:00 PM. My ressie is for 4 people but we only need 2. You & Ray are welcome to join us. I posted earlier that the first to PM me gets it.

I have Palo on Monday night too (formal night) but we'll double dip it so the kids can go to formal night ...now watch, they won't want to go.

We are hoping to switch Palo to Tuesday night once we are on the ship. If we can't....we may cancel dinner at Palo b/c our Palo brunch is also on Monday. Too much food in one day.

OR we'll go to dinner in the regular dining room, but then go to Palo just for the dessert. Hmmmm...

Anyway, I digress....yes. Palo attire is fine. No need for formal wear there unless you WANT to! :)

I wanted to book the "all-inclusive" package for Castaway Cay. I never did see it listed. I'm just amazed that it was all booked for both days at Castaway Cay. Did any of your 105 or 90 dayers see it?

GaRry,

We'll be especially anxious to hear from you or Vicki after your appointment on 3/20. :wizard: Keeping you in our prayers.

Sandi,

Hope all's well with y'all. Please check in when you can so we know your family is OK. :wizard:
We're doing fine this morning. The tornados hit Springfield, which is about 50 miles west of us, and then tracked 35 miles to the north of us. It was still too close. We were glued to the tv where 1 of the 3 local stations was off the air, one had lost its rooftop satellite. The Springfield and Decatur stations were on the air with constant weather info from 7:50 until after 11:00 last night. Another round of storms went through aroung 3:30 this morning, but no tornados with that one. Still made me get out of bed to check the local stations for weather updates. I guess we should dig out our weather radio.
garRy, sorry to hear that you and greGg won't be joining us. I guess you're off the hook for picking up DS from the lab, now. ;) We were looking foward to dining with you, too. Sorry, but I'm an A+. Our prayers are with you and your family. :grouphug:

Is that the floats, snorkel gear, bikes? We've never booked the all inclusive thing and we've never had trouble getting any of those things. Never tried it all on one trip though....b/c the kids usually want to spend long periods just playing in the sand while mom and dad spend long periods sprawled on a lounge chair. :) I'd hate to HAVE all that stuff and feel like I HAD to use it when all anyone really wanted to do was chill. :)

IMHO, of course.

I got it on my third guess. Which was actually the only serious one. That was too easy.

There's a small mountain in Central Phoenix called Camelback Mountain. Can you guess how it got it's name?

I know, I know -- it has the humps like the camel. (remember -- I used to live in Arizona)

We ended up booking a cabana massage for Friday. We weren't going to do any spa ressies, but we have enough rewards dollars that we decided to splurge. We could tell we had the linked dinner ressies when we registered Caleb for the lab and all of these STRANGE names popped up on the list to sign him out.

Angie, I didnt look to see if it was there, we only pre-booked the first time we went. DD was having so much fun in the on island club that she didnt want to come play with us. We were enjoying lazing at Serenity Bay so...Since then,we too wanted to be more flexible and had no problems walking up to the "shack" on the beach and asking for what we wanted - ususally the float. :cloud9:

Woo Hoo a TOP with Angie and being lazy on CC :cheer2:

Yep, that's the one. I just went ahead & booked one adult & one child snorkel rental. I may go ahead & buy cheap snorkel gear without fins from ToysRUs. The kids ones were under $10 and adult ones were around $15.

Thanks for the info on dressing for Palo. Bruce will be relieved.

We don't have anything booked for Coz. We wanted to do the dolphins, but don't want to do the ferry ride to the mainland. We saw where Eagle Ray Divers has a jeep tour. If we do anything, we would probably book with them. I'll have to pop over to the cruise critic boards and see what I can find on them. A beach day doesn't sound bad, either, as does just staying on board and enjoying the empty pools.

Pam - when in May?

Irene - I will be arrriving on March 31 and leaving on April 4. I had to change my hotel resv. to Carribbean Beach. At least I have a preferred room so that should make me closer to the main buildings. I will have to drive over to the conference at the Peabody. Didn't want to stay at the Peabody because it is too far from WDW.

But I can already tell that the PEOPLE are strange from all of their posts. I do believe we'll fit right in!

DH is home from work today recovering from being sick all weekend. At least he doesn't mind if I sit and DIS for awhile. I guess I should make an effort to clean something in the house today to prove to him that it does happen once in a while :rotfl2: :rotfl: .

Okay -- just caught up reading all the posts I missed yesterday. Today is the first day of Spring Break. The kids are relieved, unfortunately, I am on my way out the door to go to work. I just keep thinking that working this week that I am supposed to be off will be fun extra cruise money.

Gary -- so sorry to hear you won't be joining us, but your daughter's graduation is so special. Good luck on your medical stuff. Know you are in our hearts and prayers.

Monica -- how did it go with Maggie -- did she get in???

Well -- off I go, have fun today all.
