Yes...he roobed the cradle when he married me. He'll say something about going out and finding himself a new, younger wife, and I have to tell him that I WAS the younger wife.

DH was my new and improved younger husband. I didn't quite rob the cradle, though. He's only 3 1/2 years younger than I am.
I've had to stare at the 'MAN'atee several times now, and am still cracking up over it.

Jay was my "new and improved" other older husband. Megan's dad was 5 years older than me, and Jay is 8 years older than me. Jay hadn't been married before, so he needed a lot of breaking in. Still does.

Last year on of my co-workers went to Florida and was obsessed with seeing the manatees -- to the point of calling out there every few days to confirm that the manatees were around -- finding out were the best spots and times were etc..........

While he was gone we put this up as his computer backgound -- told him he was so obsessed he was turning into one!!

Stacey - I have to agree with you. That spooked me out at first. Had to look at it for a sec.

And I was having a blonde moment - "Oh cute, a Manatee - the guy got a great shot" - then read a few more posts - realized it was MY husband who posted - went back - saw the the photoshop title, realized the manatee had morphed and then the AHA struck...

As always living up to my father's confirmation - never tell me a joke on Saturday, because I'll laugh out loud in church on Sunday.

Boy, someone woke up on the mean side of the bed today.

You need TOOLS to do a lobotomy....tools need batteries. At least the Home Lobotomy Kit tools do.

I've always teased Jay that if he had dated me when he was a Senior, he'd have been arrested. When he was 17, I was only 9....fourth grade.

Still it seems funny how young we actually were when we did meet, compared to now. I was 27.

And if I look at it this way, none of it seems so bad....I've only gained 2 1/2 pounds for each year that we've known eachother.

I see you guys were yappy again last night. I was too tired and had too many things to do to come and chat.

Stacey - how do we copy that Scoopie sign for ourselves? THAT is cute. And how do you change the wording around? Is that a program? I'm definitely NOT computer savvy. Guess I gotta get working on some door signs.

Going to the Dr. today for my annual physical. Time to get yelled at for the weight. I think I'll head over to WW right after my appt.

We got about 5" of snow yesterday. It looks all pretty again. Everything is covered in snow. Yes, I'm happy about it. DH is not. It took him about 2 hours to get home from work yesterday. Usually a 40 minute ride.

Greetings to all of our fellow Double Scoop Group cruisers. I haven't posted since last year, but I do occasionally read a few posts on this thread. We just made our online reservations this week and the excitement is building again towards our May cruise.

Has anyone had experience with the Glass Bottom Boat excursion at Castaway Cay? We went on a similar one in Grand Cayman many years ago with another cruise line and were a bit dissapointed with how dark the water was through the glass. We were thinking of trying the one at Castaway Cay. Any opinions?
