WE had fun doing the cruise shirts. (Idon't mean to get anyone one mad at me) BUT RELAX you guys are REALLY WAY TO DEEP INTO THIS
just enjoy TOO MUCH WORK

WELL as it sounds maybee everyone liked the shirts.

Right on there. Maria and Pam....Relax. Seems like *most* people are liking the designs Mary posted. Just make some executive decisions and turn this over to the shirt lady. If you guys get so stressed about it it's not going to be fun and we need you to HAVE FUN with us!!!! gaRry is right....you will never make EVERYONE happy. If they are so unhappy they don't want to buy shirts, then so be it....but don't let that guilt get to you. You guys are going WAAAAAAYYYYY above and beyond for us all and for that I am MUCH appreciative. In fact, all this talk about shirts AND bags....and I'm thinking maybe I DO need a bag. Pam, (on my knees begging) can you put me back on the list????? p.s. I don't care what they look like, I want one so I'm recognizable as being "one of THOSE people." I forget...was there a color choice? Blue or Black?

Just thinking out loud, huh?

I, personally, don't care WHAT the shirts look like. I know for the 10 day the adults in our family were royal blue, KT's was light blue (her favortie color) and Nick's was Tie Dye (his favorite "color") Not once did I think "oh, shucks, we all look different." The shirts are a way to associate us with the group....that we're proud to BE part of the group, and that we are easily identifiable to others in and out of the group.

You were asked to prom? I cleaned my room on prom night...Like it really matters now 20+ years later if I went to prom or not....Hey, I was part of a group - "Don't have a label" group - not a jock, not a nerd, not a burn-out...

AWWWWW, that's so sweet. But you wouldn't if you were picking for sports teams. I am SO not a sport person!

I was the founding "mother" for the 10 day thread, but didn't show up for this thread until about 3 months after it had started b/c I didn't book this cruise until I was on the 10 day and found out a lot of the rest of the group was booking---In fact, now that I think about it I remember calling HH and Diana's stateroom and asking them "now, what was the date of the new cruise????" Surprisingly, they told me the REAL date!!!

I thought "what if they don't submit my shirt order or they get the kid's theirs, but don't get me mine".....what if they don't want anyone on the ship to know I'm part of "those people." WAAAAA

Don't worry guys...I'm NOT getting stressed over the shirts, but it seems that some of us are. IT'S JUST A SHIRT!!! Yes, we all want them to look nice and not gawdy. When we wear these as a group, people are going to KNOW we belong together. That's the fun part. Like someone said when they were in the elevator and the woman turned to them and said, "Oh, you're one of THOSE people". I want to be one of THOSE people.


So, dun't chu worry. Mary, Pam and I have it all under control. I make executive decisions everyday.

And let me say, MARY & MARK---thank you, thank you, thank you for designing all the designs. We couldn't have done this without you. And Pam, thank you for all your time that you're spending with Valerie. Glad you were there to "feel" the shirts and designate which is best.

I guess the reason it didn't bother me too much was that our prom wasn't even held in a hotel or ballroom. It was in the student center at the school.

Hi Pam - A TOP.

Good evening all. I now am able to dive Nitrox...card carrying and all.

Also picked up a skin for sucba to avoid the sunburn issue - on clearance no less.


So two more cruise related items are now completed.

Of course dive instrutor wants to know when we are diving again (soon),,,,

and we had a few chicken wings and beer after class.

Take care...I will check and see if it has been a busy Friday.

Great job!! Keep up the good work. Now you have to take your new camera under and get some pictures!! Working with a camera forces you to really hone the buoyancy control. It's ALL good!!

I haven't been to a high school reunion yet (not that I haven't HAD any, mind you...this year will be the 20th) I would go if I could guarantee that my friends would be there....the ones from the yearbook staff andthe science club. I'm avoiding it b/c I fear that all the jocks and cheerleaders will be there and they didn't give me the time of day in high school, why would they 20 yrs later?
