Question for Pam & Maria - does you supplier have the option to have our names embroidered on the shirts for an extra cost? If so that would be good to add to the order form. I really liked how the 10 day shirts had that but it isn't a deal breaker for me.

T-shirt design recap


OK here is where I think we are based on feedback. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Front - cone logo in 4 colors total (so I'll add a colored scoop to one of the two beige ones). I'm thinking we should still keep the two CC one's DIS green. Port names in the scoops. Above the cone is the sailing dates. Below the cone is "The First Double Scoop Group"

Back - Concert design as shown. Adding in "The First Double Scoop Group" and removing Port Canaveral as a port.

Any other changes?

I'll try and get new mock-ups done tonight and finished images to Pam by the end of the weekend.

Very cool! Sorry to be such a dip...I just can't picture things well.

To address the back of the shirt issue. Will someone who has a child who wears a small compare the back of the shirt with an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. That is the size of the concert listing. Let us know how it fits.

It can be reduced in size but I don't to make it so small that it doesn't look right on the adult shirts.

My son and if BBB orders one are the only two Small kids shirts. It is too small to put anything on the back of these shirts.

Hi Guys -- Here is what it is looking like price wise:

4 color logo on front/2 color on back T's $10.00
Polos $16.00 (+$1.50 if they want design
on the back)
I asked about embroidered names. It can be done, and that would be an additional $3.00 per shirt for a name in 3/4" lettering (Script or block)

OK, I'm going to post this real quick. We received a quote from T-shirt place and this is how it goes:

T-shirts: 4-color front, 2-color back $10.00 ea.
Polo: 4-color front $16.00 ea.
(add $1.50 if you want 2-color back on Polo)

The designs are not definite yet, but those are the prices that we were quoted. I will ask how much extra it would be if you wanted to add your name embroidered on it.

Would it make sense then that for the small children's shirts that the logo on the front be centered and not have the one on the back? Like I said I would hate to have something really small on the back of the adult shirts.

Maria - the current size of the back is 8 1/2 x 11. If we reduce it so that it fits properly on the back of a child's size small shirt I'm thinking it is going to look too small on the back of the adult shirts. Usually that kind of listing takes up a lot more space on the back of an adults t-shirt. To make it smaller I would have to make all the type smaller as well.

I'll set it up any size you want just let me know. I'm just saying since there aren't that many of them that maybe the really small shirts shouldn't have anything on the back and instead of the cone design off to the side (over the check area on the large adult shirts) that it be centered on the childs shirt.

Again let me know what size you want me to make it. I'm only trying to help.

Well, Lisa had a Child's Small Shirt for the 10-Day Cruise and the map on the back looked fine. (Karen both your kids had shirts - what do you think?)

Mary - I'm sorry. I forgot to write that the Small kids' shirt WILL NOT have a back design. Sorry about that. Please...I appreciate all that you are doing cause I'm an idiot when it comes to designing anything. Believe me, I don't have too many creative bones in my body. Maybe one or two.

So, make the back design as if you were putting it on the adult sizes. I think the littel kids' front design should still be on the "heart" or "chest" part of the shirt, not the middle. Just my 2 cents.

they looked great. i think they were mediums though.

i know they didn't (and don't) wear them much b/c the embroidery on the inside front chest was scratchy to them. i didn't notice it but then again, i wear undergarments also i'm not as super hyper sensitive as they are about those sorts of things.

Uh, huh. Did you ever get an answer about ladies' size shirts or polos? These are looking pretty cool!

OK, here are my thoughts.

I like to go with the 4 scoops on the front with the date curved around the top and "the first double scoop group" curved around the bottom of it. On the back, I would like to have the "concert" style listing all the stops, but take out Port Canaveral(top and bottom) and just have the ports listed with the disclaimer. I like that too. The only problem is with the back of the kids' shirts. The "concert" listing may be too big. If we could get that to a proportionate size for all, that would work for me.

I figure if we go with a 5-color shirt, it will raise the price an additional $3.00. Also, if you order any size larger than XL, it is going to cost you additional money, too. We were told that XXL=$2.00, 3XL=$3.00, and 4XL=$4.00 additional.

Let me hear your views on this.

This idea sounds GREAT to me On the polo..it could be just the 4 scoop logo on the front
