Yep... they make plenty of $$ on you selling you small dead fish to feed to the animals that need to be fed anyway...

I rest my case, they did fine by us! For OM, I will mention that there are only a couple of time periods during the day, for like 1/2 hour, that you can buy fish to feed the dolphins. It was circled on our schedule.

For a nanosecond there, I forgot about SW and Bud. I was actually thinking that you are sooo lucky, Kiki, to go to office meetings at a theme park. But as discussed in this household, you and your DH seem to have the coolest jobs of anyone on this thread.

Oh, me too. They did it on stage at the American Gardens theater one day, asking those who served in the different branches to stand when they heard their particular anthem. Really got to me.

Cool, maybe... but have I SEEN DH for more than 15 minutes a day in the past month.... NAH!!!!!!

Actually, I take that back... last night, he was ACTUALLY HOME FOR DINNER!!! No events on the track last night... but I had an event at the smaller track in our area, so he tagged along with me... his one night off from work for a month, and he spends it at another racetrack... go figure... guess he really wanted to see me! (So, of course, I put him to work handing out Dale Jr beads and key chains... no sense in him standing around doing nothing!!!)

OK, dog story. Sunday morning our cocker spaniel was gagging a little, so I just made her go to the kitchen. A bit later I was cleaning up from breakfast and noticed that the catnip mouse-on-a-string was trailing behind the dog. I told DS to untangle it from her collar. He started pulling on the string, and yes, just like magic, 3 foot of the 4 foot of string came out of her mouth! DS and I were cracking up; DH didn't see the humor in it since he was still eating breakfast. Sorry if anyone was eating lunch just now...
